The social area is really pleasant and the terrace has a perfect southwest orientation to enjoy sunny days and an amazing sea breeze. Moonlight also worthy! Located in a very quiet area but close to restaurants, market and cafés. The kitchen is fully equipped with vitroceramic cooker, electric oven, microwave, dish washer, Coffee machine, toaster and a washing machine.

Large and airy flat with two terraces and inside garage for one car. We used to live in the house and after moving out we left everything we had so it's a complete household. The flat is located across from the Museu da Agua in a dead end street so it is a very calm and quite area. You will sleep deeply and soundly. We are 10 minutes walk from the Santa Apolonia train and metro station. Central heating and AC.
