The building is very quiet because it has few floors and older residents, 5 minutes from Costa da Caparica and close to Lisbon! Breakfast Basket fee upon request!

The Green Studio - VERDE

This studio is housed in an old house recovered in 2005. There are 3 studios distinguished by 3 colors: Blue, Green and Yellow. This is the Green studio with an extraordinary view of the Atlantic Ocean with waves crashing right at your feet. Decorated simply but with everything you need for your stay. It has a large double bed and two somiers in the living space where two more people can sleep. It's an open space. The main bed is separated from the rest by a screen-like wall

Casa do Forno (Oven House) - Quinta Velha

Quinta Velha, meaning “old farm”, lies in a private forest between Sintra’s old town and the historic monuments perched on the mountain top. In 2020 a significant multi-year renovation project was completed, converting the old stables and summer residence into a modern private family home, deeply respecting all existing historic features. A century old chapel with unique panels of traditional hand-painted tiles and fountain add to the beauty of the natural setting.

Abrigo do Moleiro

Classified as a national monument, this emblematic mill of Peniche had, since 1895 and for decades, agricultural and industrial use. Currently, completely renovated and known as “Abrigo do Moleiro,” it is a welcoming space for tourists from all over the world, providing unique memories to those who stay overnight.
