Next-door, Ocean Annie's has live music on the beach all summer, Singleton Squash Inlet is a favorite spot around low tide for shelling and tubing down the inlet, and the Apache Pier offers great fishing and views! We have an end unit on the third floor with amazing natural light, just steps to the beach and pool.

Our family condo features 3 bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The complex has elevators and parking onsite. There is a dedicated grilling area, an ocean front pool, ocean views and a 1 minute walk to the beach. Ocean Annie's and Flop Flops are within a 2 minute walk. Restaurant Row is up the street. Multiple golf courses within a very short drive!
