Walking distance from Aalborg city centre and university. Bicycles may be available. Large forest and communal area 50 meters from the residence. We live upstairs with our 2-year-old daughter.

The main house is with kitchen-all room, shower and toilet, back hallway with washing machine and dryer, and 3 rooms on the 1st floor. I want to stay in the extension myself. I have 2 peaceful white sheep and 3 cats The house is located in the old town with a well-functioning playground “Pletten” close by. 1 km to shopping and 10 km to a good beach (see Pia's guidebook for more experiences) With regard to pets, I can make exceptions. Please enquire when booking. No smoking allowed inside the house

Helt ny legeplads, nyrenoveret fant minigolfanlæg og indendørs legerum til de mindste.

Viewing house with good amenities

The house is centrally located in Aalborg with cycling distance to everything. From the house there are views of most of the city, so you can sit in the lounge on the balcony and enjoy the view. There is a table tennis table, foosball, basketball, and exercise room, so there is ample opportunity for entertainment. On the 1st floor there is a hot tub in the bathroom. Also from here there are nice views. There is a small chicken farm in the backyard, so you can pick up fresh eggs for breakfast :)

Lejligheden er beliggende ved det historiske Kokkedal Slot, som blev opført af prins Erik i 1500'tallet. Lejligheden består af køkken, stue med rummelig sofagruppe med TV og gratis internet, spisestue, et soveværelse med to dobbeltsenge samt toilet med bad. Dertil privat terrasse med havemøbler.
