A beautiful view of the sea towards Djursland and Riis Skov. In the first row and with a clear view of the sea, and you often see training/yacht racing in the sea area just outside. There are quite a few meters to a refreshing sea bath at the bathing bridge in front of Lighthouse. The home has a modern look with walls in raw concrete and contains a toilet, kitchen and dining area on the lower level. On the first floor, there is a bathroom, a sleeping area with a double bed, and a sofa bed in the living room - which can be used for 2 people.

The apartment also has a large private, sunny terrace, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or dinner in peace and quiet. It is possible to make an extra bed on the sofa in the living room. Cozy 2-room apartment located in Frederiksbjerg. Includes a large bedroom and living room, as well as a kitchen with a small dining area. There is a dishwasher in the apartment and laundry in the basement. Curtains were installed in the bedroom in June 2024. The apartment is on the 4th floor and has a small balcony facing the courtyard, where you can enjoy the sun. Unfortunately, there is no elevator. Public transport and paid parking are right outside the door. Short walking distance to Jægergårdsgade, and Aarhus H.
