We love our little waterfront retreat. Here, the holiday atmosphere prevails year-round overlooking the water with boats, kayaks, sup and bathers summer and winter. For us, it's the perfect recreational oasis in the city with the most beautiful nature right outside the door, and easy access to the water via a jetty. At the same time, there is plenty of city life on Aarhus Island with theatre, cafes, restaurants, shopping and water sports just around the corner. The flat is on two levels, with its own entrance and views of the bay and Risskov.

A beautiful view of the sea towards Djursland and Riis Skov. In the first row and with a clear view of the sea, and you often see training/yacht racing in the sea area just outside. There are quite a few meters to a refreshing sea bath at the bathing bridge in front of Lighthouse. The home has a modern look with walls in raw concrete and contains a toilet, kitchen and dining area on the lower level. On the first floor, there is a bathroom, a sleeping area with a double bed, and a sofa bed in the living room - which can be used for 2 people.

It is easy to access everything from this centrally located home. It is a quiet and charming area with cozy sourdough bakeries and the popular food and flower market on Ingerslevs Boulevard every Wednesday and Saturday. On selected Sundays, the square is transformed into a lively clothing market. You live close to both forest and sea and in the nearby area you will find restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacy, swimming pool and fitness. Århus H is only a 15-minute walk away, and in 20 minutes you can reach Strøget's many shops.

Cozy and new home for the family, couple or friends in the new and popular district of Aarhus Ø. The location of the home at Bassin 7 means that during your stay you are close to the harbor swimming pool, cafes, restaurants, shopping, etc. Take a walk along the promenade, take the fishing rod out on the pier, take a dip in the harbor pool, see the view from the Lighthouse (142 m) or eat at one of the many new restaurants and cafes in the nearby area. The exciting and varied city life pleases most people.

Here, everything is within walking distance - a few minutes to the ARoS art museum and Jægergårdsgade with lots of cozy bars and restaurants and 10 minutes to the train station, Bruuns Galleri, Strøget and the Latin Quarter with small cozy shops and restaurants and cafes. So enjoy the city's bustle and come home and relax in the courtyard. It is a peaceful entrance with only five apartments and we take care of each other.
