Just a 5-minute walk from a lovely beach, you’ll find this beautiful and well-maintained holiday home, ideal for two families or a large family. The house includes a wonderful living room, cozy furnished with comfortable furniture, a wood-burning stove, and a heat pump. Adjacent to the living room is the beautiful and well-equipped kitchen, along with a lovely dining area, from where you can access the covered terrace with great garden furniture. The elegant bathroom features underfloor heating, a whirlpool bath, and access to a sauna. Additionally, there is a guest toilet. The house offers sleeping arrangements in three beautiful bedrooms, one with a bunk bed and a double bed, and two with double beds. For younger guests, a high chair and a cot are available. The house is situated on a lovely plot with a large lawn, perfect for play and outdoor relaxation. You’ll also find great terraces with sun loungers and garden furniture. The garden is child-friendly with a swing and a sandbox. The house is located on a very quiet street, and at the end of the road, there is a small path leading directly to a lovely beach with a view of the Bay of Aarhus. The area around Skødshoved is a wonderfully beautiful natural area. The beach is a mix of stones and sand, mostly sandy, and has been awarded the Blue Flag. The house is not far from the small, cozy Skødshoved Marina, where you can catch crabs from the pier. The town of Ebeltoft, with its many attractions, is about 22 km away. Here, you’ll find the Old Town Hall, where you can visit the old prison cellar. From here, the singing town criers patrol the cobbled streets at 8:00 and 9:00 PM, a must-see experience. At the harbor in Ebeltoft, you’ll find the Glass Museum, which is a leading center for modern glass art. Ebeltoft also offers several charming restaurants and cafés, and you can buy freshly caught fish daily. A visit to Northern Europe’s largest amusement park, Djurs Sommerland, is also highly recommended and is about a half-hour drive from the house.

Out of respect for our close neighbors in this townhouse community, parties and alcohol is not permitted. Including festival guests. Commute to Aarhus Center is 15–20 minutes by car and around 30 minutes by public transport.

Large villa close by the ocean and 12 km to Aarhus

Large villa with beds for 6 adults and 2 children. A separate children's playroom located in extension to the dining room, and a spacious living room in the opposite end from the kitchen/dining room. The villa is located right next to a large green area and a short bike ride to the sea. Aarhus city is 12 km away and both train and bus stops are a short walk away from the house. We have a cat. It’s very friendly and goes in and out itself. But if you prefer we can have taken care of elsewhere.

Aarhus ø has a lots of cool places from coffe to fine dining, when your are done with the day or just waking up your can also take a swim in the Ocean on the north side of the building with both sauna and outdoor shower. Kids: there is a huge playground in our gated yard with slide swings and trampoline.
