The house (65 square meters) is located in the southeast of Tenerife in Abades, i.e. on the sunnier side of the island. You are about a 1-2 minute walk from the beach. Here there is a supermarket, many small bars and restaurants, as well as two diving schools, playgrounds, tennis courts and much more. The sandy beach is surprisingly uncrowded and is great for swimming, snorkeling and diving. The house has 2 bedrooms, a large combined living-dining room and kitchen and a very nice and sunny terrace (56 square meters).

The house has two floors, entering we have the hall from where we access the dining room, kitchen, full bathroom and staircase to access the upper level that has 2 double bedrooms, a full bathroom and a large balcony with views of the sea and the mountains. Shares access through the terrace to the independent lower house.

The house is a 10 minute walk from a large sandy beach, beautiful and ideal for children. Nearby are bars and cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and diving school.

The apartment of Casa Barbades is a 1 bedroom apartment with a double bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room. It is completely independent with its own kitchen and spacious newly renovated bathroom. A spacious patio with dining table, hammock and lounge set. In addition, the sun deck on top can also be used. This is shared with the other apartment. From the sun deck, you have a beautiful view of the beach. Diving and climbing is very popular here.
