The house (65 square meters) is located in the southeast of Tenerife in Abades, i.e. on the sunnier side of the island. You are about a 1-2 minute walk from the beach. Here there is a supermarket, many small bars and restaurants, as well as two diving schools, playgrounds, tennis courts and much more. The sandy beach is surprisingly uncrowded and is great for swimming, snorkeling and diving. The house has 2 bedrooms, a large combined living-dining room and kitchen and a very nice and sunny terrace (56 square meters).

The garden itself is a artwork, with that combination of vulcano materials, the sea, the tropical air and all those paths designed to enjoy each corner of this 10.000 m2 garden. Probably the mostly cosy corner is its elegant swimming pool and the outdoor lounge, inviting to enjoying languidly the sunny winter afternoons and the sunsets all year round. Beautiful recently renovated typical Canarian house, in a quiet residential area at 750 mt. from the beach, large private terrace with table for 6 and 2 sun loungers. The house has two floors, entering we have the hall from where we access the dining room, kitchen, full bathroom and staircase to access the upper level that has 2 double bedrooms, a full bathroom and a large balcony with views of the sea and the mountains. Shares access through the terrace to the independent lower house.
