This location is perfect for nature lovers : walks, biking, canoeing on the Dronne, swimming in lakes (Saint Estephe, Saint Mathieu ...) river fishing and autumn harvest ceps. We will also give you some information as days of local market and places to visit because there are an abundance of medieval and renaissance villages and hamlets to explore within the region. Classified 4 stars, the house can accommodate up to 10 people and includes: - A large living room of 50 m² very friendly with fully equipped kitchen, farmhouse table and lounge around an authentic fireplace. - A bedroom / office (1 double bed) - A bathroom with 1 sink, 1 bubble bath, 1 shower and 1 toilet. - First floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed), and 1 loft (1 double bed, 1 single bed and 1 sofa) Outside: 1 terrace with garden furniture, barbecue Facilities: cot and high chair, 2 adult bikes

Our extensive gardens are the perfect place to relax, or if you wish to venture further, there are plenty of walks from the front door. The charming wing includes a master bedroom on the first floor with adjoining pigeonnier for use as study or extra bedroom, while the ground floor comprises a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen, open plan living/dining room and an exercise room.

Welcome to the beauty of our small hamlet called Savanat, in the commune of Abjat sur Bandiat, situated in the Perigord Vert region of the Dordogne. The nearest main town is Nontron with all the large Supermarkets and amenities. The nearest Airport is Limoges, which around an hours drive away and is a RyanAir route. Please be advised that our swimming pool will remain closed during the winter period and will only be open for guest use from the 15th of April 2026 until 20th of October 2026.

Hiking trails from the mill. Enclosed 2000 m² plot, wooded with terraces, a small outbuilding where you can store your bikes. A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF 500 EUROS WILL BE REQUESTED UPON ARRIVAL and will be returned to you if there has been no damage and the cleaning has been done. Pets allowed upon request 🐕

The cottage "La Petite Maison", 3-star furnished tourist accommodation, where it is good to spend time. Located in the middle of nature, in the heart of Périgord Vert, just 3 minutes from Brantôme. You will enjoy staying there for its comfort and tranquility, with its southeast-facing terrace, its jacuzzi and its garden (not enclosed). PLEASE NOTE: Jacuzzi included for all rentals between May 1 and September 30. Outside of this period the jacuzzi is extra, on request.

Great place to recharge...but if you can't drop your computer, don't worry, you have access to wi-fi! Parking area in front of the cottage and a stone's throw away, use of the shared salt pool (9 m x 4 m).
