Fully renovated (floor-heating system, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom). Also has dish-washer, hotplate, washing machine, oven/microwave, hairdryer, towels. You can enjoy SmartTV, Netfilx, HBO.. Beautiful, modern, bright and newly furnished apartment with balcony in the 13rd district close to the Danube! FREE PARKING in the garage. Lovely and peaceful location, however it has quick access to the city center (Deák square 12 min by metro/no transfer). The metro station is 150 m from the apartment! Free gifts for our guests! It can accommodate 4 people. The air-conditioned apartment has a bedroom for two (king bed - 180x200), a spacious living room with a sofa-bed for two (150x200).

Teljesen központi 1 hálószobás lakás ahonnan gyalog minden elérhető, a buszpályaudvartól 1 percre. A hálószobából nyílik a kis mosdó zuhanyzóval, így inkább 1-2 embernek kényelmes, wc külön van. Másik helyiség egy nappali konyhával egyben, edényekkel, tányérokkal, hűtővel, tűzhellyel felszerelve. Itt van egy kihúzható kanapé ahonnan lehet tévézni de 1-2 gyerek is elfér aludni.

Underground M3's "Semmelweis Klinikák" station is approx. 8 minutes walk, tram line 4-6 is 9 minutes on foot, 24/7 groceries are in the nearby. SOTE Medical University not more than a 3 minute walk. The apartment -including the kitchen- is fully equipped and furnished. It is ideal to accommodate up to 3 people.

Ha vonattal vagy busszal érkezel csupán pár perc séta, amennyiben autóval érkezel kényelmesen le tudsz parkolni akár a lakás előtt. Ha főzni szeretnél akkor pár lépés és a piacon találod magad ahol mindent be tudsz szerezni egy finom ebédhez vagy vacsorához. Ha családdal érkezel a gyermekek is kényelmesen elférnek a tágas külön bejárattal rendelkező szobában.

A ház környéke biztonságos, parkolódíj-mentes övezet. A kórház 6 perc gyalogosan, ugyanakkor a belváros is jól megközelithető gyalog, kényelmesen 15 perc. Abonyban, a "Két torony" és a kúriák városában, a központban található udvarházunk, amely hangulatos, tágas, zárt udvarral rendelkezik, ahol több autónak is biztosított az ingyen parkolási lehetőség. Egy nagy családi ház, összesen két fürdőszobával és wc-vel, 6 férőhellyel (két hálószobával, plusz egy pótágyazható sarokülővel a nappaliban), konyhával várja a vendégeket. Van wi-fi elérhetőség, mosógép, tévénézési lehetőség.

Egy kis gyöngyszem a város szívében mindenhez közel és mégis csendes. A stúdió lakás alvásra és tárolásra használható galériával rendelkezik. Lent egy térben mindent megtalász ami szükséges a kínyelemhez.tv, kanapé, ruhásszekrény stb. A lenti kanapé is nyitható, az ingatlan teljesen felszerelt. Éttermek, strand, tiszapart, színház, szórakozóhelyek karnyujtásnyira vagy 10-15 perc sétára találhatóak.
