On a total of 210 m2 space you can live comfortably and explore the extraordinary sights of Vienna.

It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Mödling train station, and from there it's only about 20 minutes by train to Vienna. You will find a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, a smart TV, a balcony, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an accessible lift and a free underground parking space. Lidl and an Italian and an Asian restaurant are just a minute's walk away.

From the rapid transit train station Atzgersdorf, take the S-Bahn to Belvedere/Quartier Belvedere and to the main train station - continue with U1 to Stephansplatz.

The Mödlinger Au immediately behind the house invites you to take a walk towards the monastery garden. Authentic Heurige (wine makers) invite you to taste their famous wines.

We offer a beautiful little, private house including terrace and free parking in front of our property. We also have an e-charging station for cost-effective charging. In 15 minutes you can take the train to Vienna Central Station, and in 10 minutes you can take the bus to Therme Wien Oberlaa. The house is 15 km from the airport. We also live on the property in our own house, so we are always available.
