The Mödlinger Au immediately behind the house invites you to take a walk towards the monastery garden. Authentic Heurige (wine makers) invite you to taste their famous wines.

They live in a very quiet location in a very cozy and clean room. You live alone. You can sit comfortably outdoors in the evening. There is a fan in the room. In the garden there is a small house where you can cook or warm yourself food. Micro, hot plate and dishes are there. In just a few steps you can reach the train ( S60 ) , with which you can reach Vienna Central Station in 12 minutes. There is also a bus station to Schwechat in front of the door, free bike

The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living room (couch can be used as a double bed), a room with sofa bed, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Supermarkets, pharmacy, drugstore, gas station doctor etc. in the immediate vicinity. The train station can be reached in 2 minutes on foot and offers very good transport connections to Vienna and Baden. The center of Mödling is about 700 meters away.

The house is 15 km from the airport. We also live on the property in our own house, so we are available at any time.
