Herzlich willkommen in unserem kleinen Paradies! Wir haben uns über die letzten Jahre ein kleine Oase erschaffen, in der es uns an nichts mehr gefehlt hat. Von Gästezimmer, über Sauna, Whirlpool, Glamping Dome, Pavillon und Outdoor Küche umfasst unser Garten alles was man für eine gemütliche Zeit braucht. Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

This beautiful new apartment (80 square meters of living space) is ideal for all Lake Constance lovers, hikers, mountain bikers and nature lovers. Close to attractions such as the Marienschlucht, the island of Mainau and Constance. Bodman is located on Lake Überlingen and offers a few nice restaurants. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Our vacation home in Summerau near Neukirch is idyllically located on an organic farm, surrounded by orchards, forests and hills – perfect for relaxing. Enjoy the tranquility and unobstructed views of nature. The house offers cozy furnishings with a kitchen, living area and spacious covered terrace. Ideal for those who love country life and real originality – whether as a couple or with friends. Hiking trails, swimming and cycling tours start right outside the door.

After a deep breath, you will feel the soothing calm. The breathtaking alpine view invites you to hike, dream and relax. Our location in the border triangle allows you to reach Austria and Switzerland in just 10 minutes. Numerous excursion destinations, from the Allgäu to the Rhine Falls, make our region attractive. In rainy weather, the thermal baths in Lindau or, a little further away, in Oberstaufen offer a welcome alternative. We have space for 3-4 people.

One to two person apartment

We wish you a nice time in our small, cozy accommodation near Lake Constance/Lindau (about 10 minutes by car). Here, you can do anything you like to take a walk and relax. The A96 motorway is only 5 km away. There is also an Edeka supermarket and a rapid-charging station for electric cars there. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space with a living area of around 125 m² surrounded by nature. Your exclusive getaway with 360-degree views of Säntis/Lake Constance and yet so close to attractions such as St.Gallen/Appenzell. This 200-year-old Appenzell house towers high above Herisau AR and is lovingly called "GöttiFritz" by its owners. It shines authentically in a fantastic mountain and hill scenery – a true retreat for the soul.

Idyllic guest room with sauna/Allgäu, Lake Constance

The guest apartment overlooking the adjacent FFH area is located in our house in a separate area (soundproof door) with a separate entrance. You can enter the apartment at any time by code and lock it with the code. The room and bathroom have underfloor heating or cooling in summer. A crib (120 x 60 cm) and a high chair are available on request. The sauna can be booked for this (€25 for a slot, approx. 3-4 hours including sauna towels).

The high-quality furnished 38 square meter apartment offers 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room and kitchen. You can start your day with a delicious NESPRESSO coffee and enjoy all the nice amenities of this apartment. The bedroom has a cozy 1.60 m double bed. In the living room you will find a dining area for 3 people as well as a cozy seating area with a sofa and large 55-inch smart TV.

Schwatzenmühle

Our newly renovated apartment in the Schwatzenmühle can be a cozy temporary home for both families and single travelers. Situated in the middle of the Dreiländerck, on the eastern Lake Constance, you can be in the island city of Lindau, 5 km away, in a short time. Also not far away are the Allgäu mountains with breathtaking natural idyll, hiking trails and ski slopes for all ages.
