The wooden house, built in 2024, is located on the largely natural island of Ada Bojana, one of the most beautiful spots in Europe. Built directly on the river, within sight, swimming and walking distance to the sea. The semi-detached house is fully insulated and built and furnished from the most sustainable building materials possible. There are air conditioners, infrared heaters and a wood stove. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with brand appliances, so the house can be comfortably inhabited all year round.

This house is one of the oldest in the city of Shkodra. The house has been reconstructed in 2021, while preserving the authenticity of Shkodra families. It is located in the most popular and most frequented street of the city.

Olive cabin

We still don’t have the pictures of this cabin so I put the photos of the neighbouring one as they are very similar inside and exactly the same outside. The Olive cabin is more in the open and has a view from the hill top.
