Nick was very helpful and accommodating as we weren't sure of our ETA. Accommodation was lovely and comfortable. Location was perfect for our needs, with amenities nearby.

We had a 3 night stay at the Garden Flat. We were made very welcome and the accomodation had everything we needed. We were blessed with good weather so could make the best of the beautiful area and especially the peaceful, pretty garden. We would highly recommend a stay here.

The flat was beautifully furnished and decorated. The property was easy to find and access, as the instructions from Thomas were very clear. Private parking on the property was a big bonus. The flat was beautiful. Clean, quiet, warm, comfortable, private, well-equipped and within short walking distance of so many of the highlights of Harrogate. Joost responded quickly to any questions that I had and I genuinely loved the place. If ever again in Harrogate, I'd look to see if the flat was available! I'd highly recommend staying there.

One of the best Air b&bs we’ve stayed in. Hosts were fantastic with communication and even asked what music we’d like playing for arriving. It was decorated beautifully for my husband’s birthday and they literally thought of absolutely everything, snacks, drinks and essentials. The hot tub room felt like a private spa, we will definitely be back. Thank you to Wass & Lisa for making our stay extra special!

absolutely lovely hosts I felt perfectly safe as a single female guest attending for a training course nearby over several weekends so very convenient and private and quiet for me. will definitely return and can certainly recommend this place for future guests

The house it’s self it’s unreal. I was in Leeds for my birthday so me and the lads loved the pool table in the dining area it was a perfect setup for us. Check in and check out as easy as can be. Would 100% recommend!

The guys we booked in here had a great stay, and were happy with the property and the amenities. Very convenient base for getting about Leeds, being near York Road. We had a wonderful, peaceful stay while visiting the country for the first time. Great place to unwind after a busy day sightseeing and attending the local event that brought us to the area. Location was convenient and we found it very easy to get around by car. Amazing views to top it off.

We stayed with our Rottweiler for my partners birthday and exceeded our expectations. Spotless lodge, thoughtful layout and safe for dogs, the snacks were also a really nice touch, perfect stay

Sophie's flat is perfect, just beautiful 👌 Really peaceful location with an easy and lovely walk into the centre of Ripon. Ripon itself is fantastic, much more to do and see than we expected. An all-round wonderful holiday!

We had a lovely 1 night stay at April's place as part of a longer journey. The annexe is cosy and welcoming, with a very comfortable bed. April had thoughtfully left plenty of breakfast supplies in the kitchen. Highly recommended.

I think that this was my third stay and I'll be back again. Such a lovely peaceful setting and I always feel right at home. Bex was, as ever, very helpful and friendly in her communication. This is a great stay and great value for money.

Firstly Masham is such a beautiful market town, it’s like you have stepped right back in time to C18th, save that there’s a chippy round the corner and some great bakeries and cafes. Jack and Abigail’s wee studio is perfect if like me you want a couple of days of absolute peace. It was spotless, private, safe and had everything I needed. Thank you for a lovely stay. Sue

From the moment I arrived I was warmly welcomed by my wonderful hosts. After a tour of the apartment I settled in immediately, feeling at home and very relaxed. The kitchen and utility room are well appointed with everything you could want (plus treats for canine & humans, throws, dog beds and towels etc.), the cosy living room has a VERY comfortable sofa, dining table/chairs and a cabinet full of things to entertain every member of your family (including your dog!). The king sized bed is very comfortable and the room is tastefully decorated with a relaxing atmosphere, guaranteed to enhance sweet dreams. The bathroom is wonderful-not only is the shower a generous size but is lovely and powerful but the whole bathroom has plenty of space and is very cosy with plush towels a plenty! I didn’t try out the spa bath but it is available for people who prefer baths instead. All in all, I thoroughly recommend Sue and Kevin’s apartment (not forgetting to mention their two lovely labradors)

Chris’ place is great! Very clean and uncluttered. The spiral stair is very steep! It was a short walk down hill to the town which is beautiful. Very picturesque! The views from the windows of the property are mostly of fields but lovely to see the trees. You can also see the church from the bedroom window. The road to town is very busy and fast, but it is short and when in the property you can’t hear it.

The unit was well equipped and very clean. It was located close to the Stray and to the town centre, which could both be accessed by foot. The heating was very effective, which was perfect for the cold April nights. We had the ground floor unit, which included an off road parking space, although road parking at that location was also free. The host (Ellie) provided all the essential information, on arrival, during our 3 night stay, and on departure. Although we did not encounter any issues, and hence we did not need to contact her beyond that. However, she was certainly available when needed.
