Cozy atmosphere to rest or work in peace

This has been our occasional rest retreat and now we're starting to rent it out for the first time, after renovating it. It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. WiFi Internet, TV, two swimming pools (one exclusively for young children) and right outside your door, three beaches and the promenade 3 minutes away. You can telework from the terrace or inside. Peace reigns here.

Lovely studio. quiet and reserved, with ocean view in Costa Adeje. Located in a residence with a swimming pool on the top floor and offering a wonderful view of the ocean. Panoramic lift to reach the apartment and the swimming pool. Equipped with everything you need for a fantastic holiday. Private Wi-Fi inside the house, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, bathroom with bathtub, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, LED TV with over 500 satellite channels. We rent a lovely vivienda vacacional (holiday home) in a villa in the area of Los Menores. 400meter high. Our property is for all those people who LOVE nature in all its expressions: animals (we have some), plants, tranquility, no annoying noises, it is a place to reconnect with the Mother Nature. If you don't like these things, it's not the right place for you.The Villa has two apartments, an apt is for the guests and the other is for us. A place suitable for ornithology lovers.

Bright,serene, spacious... a space where time seems another, slower. Enjoy the sun and shade, work with the open house, immerse ourselves in the water, eat and dine outdoors, read, play, walk the beach, cook without a rush... the good life. As an architect, after many renovations, I know that light and space are the real luxury. A main space that opens completely to the terrace facing the sea, towards the sunset, in a very quiet environment.
