A 300m está el mayor centro comercial del sur - SIAM MALL. Impresionantes vistas al centro turístico- Playa de Las Americas, las playas de lo cual están a 1.4 km. Diferentes zonas de descanso, toma del sol, desayunos, cenas en espacios únicos pensados al detalle. Jardín tropical con pérgola que da sombra todo el día y agrade con su frescura y colorido. Piscina infinity que une sus aguas con el horizonte de océano. Las puestas del sol es un espectáculo de colores, imagen que cambia cada día, pero nunca deja indiferente. Amplio salón unido con cocina americana con vistas al mar. Todos dormitorios tienen su salida independiente al jardín mejorando la privacidad de cada uno. Cada rincón de la Villa despierta los mejores sensaciones y acoge para que disfrute al máximo de sus vacaciones.

Ambiente acogedor para descansar o trabajar en paz

Este ha sido nuestro refugio ocasional de descanso y ahora empezamos a alquilarlo por primera vez, después de reformarlo. Está en una de las históricas urbanizaciones de apartamentos de Costa Adeje, donde veraneábamos los de aquí. Ahora luce moderna y cómoda, en un entorno inmediato tranquilo. Internet WiFi, TV, dos piscinas (una exclusiva para niños pequeños) y justo frente a tu puerta, tres playas y el paseo marítimo a 3’. Podrás teletrabajar desde la terraza o dentro. Aquí reina la paz.

Apartamento tranquilo y nuevo

Encantador apartamento recién reformado para hasta 4 personas. Cuenta con una habitación con cama de matrimonio y un sofá cama para 2 personas. Tiene todos los utensilios básicos para pasar una estancia cómoda y agradable. Está situado en una zona tranquila, donde encontrarás todos los servicios que necesitas a poca distancia. Supermercado, farmacia, restaurantes, taxi... En coche, estás a sólo 10 minutos de la playa El Duque y a 5 minutos del espectacular sendero del "Barranco del infierno".

This gorgeous one-bedroom apartment with a modern design is located in the heart of Playa Paraiso, on the first line to the beach and with an exit to the promenade. Its sunny terrace offers an incredible panoramic view of the ocean. The complex has a great location with all the infrastructure needed, a swimming pool, restaurants, the best SPAs nearby and access to Hard Rock with musical programs. The complex has 24-hour security and is within walking distance of supermarkets and shopping mall.
