It's a wonderful situation at the head of the beautiful Gatine valley. Ideal any season for walking, cycling or simply taking time out. In the winter months you’ll be cozy with the log burner - and there are heaters if you need extra warmth in a cold snap - just ask, we’re always nearby to help.

Notice to travelers, In the heart of the historic and enchanting district of Parthenay, known for its houses dating back to medieval times, we offer this house that can accommodate 5 people. On the ground floor, you will find a living room with equipped kitchen and TV lounge area. On the 1st, a bedroom (160 x 200 bed) and a bathroom with shower. On the 2nd, a modular dormitory area (sleeps 3, 90 x 200). You'll love, among other things, the free parking nearby and the location.

Quiet and relaxing duplex, new and independent with a large covered and shared wooden terrace. The accommodation offers a furnished kitchen on the ground floor, as well as a seating area equipped with a bench seat. Upstairs you will find the toilet, as well as the master suite. Azay-Sur-Thouet is 1H30 from La Rochelle, 1H00 from Futuroscope and Puy du Fou, 45 min from Marais Poitevin and 10 min from Parthenay (FLIP) and Pougne Hérisson (Festival du Nombril du Monde). No pets.

Ideally located for sightseeing trips: 1 hour from Puy du Fou and Futuroscope, 45 minutes from the Poitevin marsh, and 1.5 hours from the Charente and Vendée coasts. Horseback riding. Duvet with cover not provided, possible for an extra charge of €20. Towels not provided. No smoking in the tree house.

Optimized quiet accommodation, enjoy the terrace overlooking the fields, interior with reversible air conditioning. You are about 1 hour from: Futuroscope, Puy du Fou, Marais Poitevin, La Rochelle. Parthenay our "little Carcassonne", pretty medieval town, but also its Game Festival in July, great cavalcade for the weekend of Pentecost, a long greenway for hiking or cycling. My garden and terrace are at your disposal, pets on site 2 cats and a dog.

Puy du Fou (45 min), Futuroscope (1 hour) Pescalis (20 min), Marais Poitevin (1 hour) and La Rochelle (1hr30), Parthenay for FLIP festival (20 mins) golfing in nearby Bressuire (15min) along with many other sights within the golden triangle of the region, an ideal base to come and relax after a days adventures. Please note that the price is for the unit, it is NOT per person.

Discover the gorgeous landscape that surrounds this 55 m2 place to stay. A single room with 2 double beds, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The accommodation is comfortable and carefully renovated. A bucolic setting where tranquility is the key word. I am located 1 hour from Puy du Fou, 1 hour from Futuroscope and 1 hour from the marshes in the middle of the 3 emblematic sites that surround my farm.
