Top luxury, 11th floor, gorgeous view to the sea

The city Batumi's district Gonio is surrounded by green mountains. It is known for having the cleanest water on the coast of the sea. Our house stays in 20m. distance from the water and at the promenade in front are many lovelies restaurants/cafes with delicious food! The joyful atmosphere of the beach has additionally many water entertainments (water parachute, paraplan etc.). The silhouettes of 8 mountains are running into the water and one can also see the skyline of Batumi (8 km. – 5$ taxi).

The beach is in 2-3 minutes walking distance, 150 meters from the house, you can even breathe the salty air from the balcony. The apartment is located on the second floor of the historic building.
