There's a 24-hour store in the house. All amenities nearby, no noisy bars around,cozy and peaceful. The apartment has an isolated bedroom with a working space and a spacious closet. There is a folding sofa in the kitchen. There is air conditioning & purifing, heated floor, all appliances, tableware, dishwasher and bathroom.
