Loft holiday rentals in Adjara

We had an excellent stay in Irina’s apartment. She is a wonderful host, very kind and responsive. The apartment is nicely designed, very bright and modern. If you like duplex, you will have a great experience here. All the kitchen equipment and appliances were available. The TV has silknet provider which offers better choice of channels. There was no smell in the bathroom which is so common for nearly all high rise buildings in Batumi so it’s a plus. We appreciated the location close to the beach and several restaurants. This house is cosy in a perfect location. The house owner Tornike and his mother were very kind and gave us a warm welcome. Tornike speaks English and gave us good advice!

This is not the first time I have stayed in this studio. Beautiful view, so even in bad weather you won't miss the sea :) Sunsets show too! Near the house there is all important transport, you can easily go to the airport, Sapri, Gonio, Botanical Garden for 30 tetri (0.3 GEL). Electric heater, water goes immediately hot, the pressure is always good. In cold season, there is enough air conditioning and a heater for heating. There is a small electric clothes dryer – convenient in a humid climate. Cleanliness at check-in is always perfect, thank you!

I can recommend the place. The view is just amasing. Tea on the balkony at sunset is something! The flat is clean and comfortable. The small disadvantages are: the electric stove is old and very long heated; sometimes a smell of food appears in the toilet through a ventilating hole, but this is not a big problem if you keep the toilet door always opened and the toilet is ventilated with outside air.

Gocha was so friendly and responsive. He made us feel like family members coming to stay. The room is well-equipped with a proper kitchen, washing machine, refrigerator, TV unit, and a sofa in the living room. The property is suitable for 2 adults and 2 kids. 1) The stay is within walking distance of the bus stop. 2) Supermarkets are located within 500 meters. 3) There are many street food options and restaurants nearby. 4)The lake behind the flat is quite enjoyable in the early mornings and evenings.
