This studio is located inside Villa Lionti, between Catania and Etna, 500 meters above sea level. In the villa there are 5 other apartments with different characteristics. Architects say it is the best-preserved villa in all of eastern Sicily. The house is very spacious (150 square meters), there are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms both with a shower, a kitchen with a living room equipped with a television, a large and bright attic in which there is a 55-inch television, and two sofa beds. From here you can access the terrace overlooking the sea, which is also equipped with a kitchen, dining table, deckchairs, and sofas on which you can relax and enjoy the wonderful view: the sea, the beach, and the Tindari promontory.
