The house is really great, reasonably well maintained and tidy. Plenty of room for up to 12. The water around the corner, wonderfully quiet, nature around it. If it wasn't for the key handover, everything would have been perfect. (SORRY) but that was really stupid for us.

I have been to Aerö before and was impressed by its beauty and tranquility. If you want your life to slow down, I mean really slow down, go to Ærø. If you want to live the definition of Hyggelig, spend time in Henriks ,Den Gule Perle‘. You will not be disappointed. Warm and comfortable and safe and cosy and fully stacked, Den Gule Perle matches Aerö. Summary: Plan a vacation. Right now.

Great house in a great location. A fantastic base from which to explore Marstal and Ærø.

Overall a very nice stay. How to come back gladly! Nice email traffic with the most important information. The key was stored so we could check in flexibly. Clean, very cozy house in a rural area. Interior design and external environment as described and expected. Fresh flowers and a handwritten note welcomed us.

From the booking to the end of the stay, I had good contact with the landlord, Morten. He responded super quickly to my expectations that it would take several hours. The cottage little cozy in central Marstal, feels homey. Nice patio to sit in. Nothing was missing. I was surprised by the annex, but I'm not sure if I missed that in the description. Nice rooms. Overall, it looked nice and clean, there were some small touches I thought the previous tenants had forgotten. One thing I first thought about upon arrival, where my girlfriends were supposed to park when they arrived the day after that, I had missed an indication in the description in relation to parking. But rarely something I think about, as I don't drive myself. So maybe I've missed a little myself. All in all a positive experience

Amazing home and great location. Would definitely go back in the future and stay here. Bettina is very response and helpful which made the stay all the better.

Cool location with sheep on the other side of a fence. There were extra fees that amounted to an increase of 25% of the price I paid to AirBNB. I wish theae additional cash fees were highlighted better and not just in House Rules.

Super nice place. Kurt is friendly and good at answering any questions you may have. Marstal is a lovely city, and the home and really cozy garden suited us perfectly for a quiet weekend.
