A few minutes from the center of Montpellier and a 5-minute walk from the tram, Catherine and Clara's house is a haven of peace. You feel at home there and everything is done for a very pleasant stay while also enjoying the garden. We would love to come back and highly recommend it!

We had a lovely weekend at Aude's apartment. The location is perfect in the heart of the village with the possibility of parking nearby with pass given to us upon arrival. Impeccable hosting and services. Peyrac is charming with plenty of activities.

The place is quite convenient but bad weather has made appreciation more complicated . Not being able to eat outside requires some tedious handling. Veronique had nothing to do with it . We would also have liked to have access to the pool during a favorable light but the one reserved for the accommodation is empty which is not specified on the listing . Also pay attention to the hot water that comes out in the kitchen . We were able to arrive earlier and leave a little later and Veronique was accommodating . The center of Cap d 'Agde and the museum of Ephebe are very easily accessible on foot. Overall we were pretty satisfied.

the accommodation is very well located and allows its location to do everything on foot: port, beach, shopping. it is very well maintained and well decorated which helps to feel good. the 3 bedrooms allow everyone to have their privacy. the owner is very responsive to answer any questions. A beautiful vacation to renew.

It went very well, from my arrival to my departure. Clear instructions, listing matches photos, and description. Private parking lot just downstairs. Close to everything. Very nice and responsive host, thank you so much for your kindness! I would highly recommend it!

I knew the Tennis Village well to go there often as a child. The development is still as good! The apartment is one of the best oriented and placed in the subdivision. It is perfectly equipped and clean. A flawless person! We'll be back with pleasure.

Brigitte is a nice lady and was a very understanding and flexible host. The accommodation is in a pleasant area and at the same time very close to the heart of Montpellier. Easy to access and a more than appreciable calm. An experience to try again!

We had a 2 day visit in early fall. Our gracious host, Thomas, met us on arrival and gave us good dining suggestions for our short visit. The property was spacious and well-maintained, and the pool looked very inviting but the weather did not cooperate for swimming. Our apartment had huge sliding doors on the first floor, with spacious and well—furnished patios. Lots of light and spacious. Everything about the apartment and the property was clean, attractive and comfortable, with plenty of storage space for a longer visit. The location allowed us to get to either the beach or to downtown Narbonne in just a few minutes. The only drawback was that the toilet was on the first floor, while bedroom, shower and sink were upstairs, and the stairs were short-treaded so difficult to navigate in the dark. Probably not a problem for a younger person or family, but I’d choose a single-floor unit for my (older) self next time.

We had a pleasant stay at Barbara's cottage. She is very welcoming and flexible, allowing us early check-in. The apartment was very clean, well arranged and very well-equipped. The saltwater pool was very nice and the kids were thrilled to be able to use the inflatable floats. They also enjoyed the ping-pong table and trampoline.

The house is as pictured, very pretty, clean, and the garden is a real plus. We enjoyed our stay so much!!

I would highly recommend staying with Gaëlle and her spouse because I had a great stay. Not only was everything as advertised: the accommodation is clean, tidy, very peaceful and pleasant; but on top of that, they were both extremely friendly, kind and considerate. I can only advise you to go there if you want a relaxing and rejuvenating environment and for my part, I will not hesitate to come back if the opportunity arises again!

We had a great time at Grégori's very clean place who is a perfect host 👍 The kitchen is particularly well equipped . We were hosted very well and advised on nearby activities. The neighborhood is very quiet . Thank you for your attention upon arrival 😉

Very nice house, modern, perfectly equipped, ideal for a family reunion, the amenities are very functional, nothing is missing. The hosting and check-out were very warm. We had a great time and would recommend this rental.
