Coconut with patio

Beautiful space very well located in a typical neighborhood of Sète. Patio for eating outside and relaxing! Not overlooked. 10 minutes walk from the city center, the bike path, the Corniche going to Marseillan. 5 minutes walk to the theater of the sea ( festivals like Jazz in Sète, Fiest 'à Sète, When I think of Fernande...) 10 minutes' walk from the coves and 2 km from the sandy beaches. Welcome to this heavenly oasis, haven of peace and serenity, large 300 m3 organic pool, cleaned and swimming from 06/06 to 22/09 waterfall pontoon, exotic plants, new comfortable studio air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV reception, 160 bedding, equipped kitchen, Italian style shower 300 m2 plot, sunbathing, barbecue, plan, night lighting without opposite (soap not provided) cleaning, sheets and towels provided. Dog accepted 10 euros. Numerous hiking trails from the rental.

Private entrance, no adjoining wall with the villa A terrace with table under the pergola is reserved for you. bed linens are available. This is not a studio, so there is no real kitchen or sink. However, the space at the back is equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, dishes. Sugar, tea, coffee capsules available.
