Flat in traditional stonehouse

Das traditionelle Steinhaus grenzt an einer Seite an die natürliche Felswand. Das Bad ist ganz in den Fels hinein gebaut. Das ergibt ein ganz spektakuläres Wohngefühl und den Eindruck, mitten in der Natur zu sein. Die Terrasse hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer, den Strand von Fytema und die Berge von Messaria. Die Wohnung ist 2023 mit ökologischen Materialien im traditionellen Stil ausgebaut worden. Zum Strand sind es nur 200 m. Die Terasse wird kommenden Winter vollends fertig gebaut.

So you could be swim in 5 minutes.Very close to us is the downtown of Votsalakia village(0.7km). Furthermore many beautiful beaches are closer than 1km.

The traditional colourful house is located over a cliff, which provides it with an excellent seaview. The surrounding green garden is commoned with two other houses. Getting down the cliff through our stairs will get you in the main sandy beach of Votsalakia village. So you could be swimming in two minutes, after you wake up. Very close to us is the down town of Votsalakia village(0.7km). Furthermore many beautiful beaches are closer than 1km.

Renovated with all modern amenities located in the center of the village Magganitis with stunning views of the Aegean Sea.The house is close to the beatiful beach Firodi.To go to the beach you need 2 minutes by car and 10 minutes on foot. Also close to the grocery,70 m.from tavern"Φεροη" and 1 kl from the famous beach Seychelles.

Great location, between Armenistis and Nas (both are about 2 min by car). 5-min drive to sandy Messakti beach, 15 min to the traditional village of Christos Raches, less than 25 min to the harbor of Evdilos.
