We were very comfortable in the accommodation and in the area that were as described in the listing, very comfortable apartment in a nice residential and close to the beach.

Everything was great :-) very communicative and friendly. It responds very quickly. The area is 10 and the accommodation is small but for us well, in front of the promenade and the pool is the best. Very large , very nice urbanization and very quiet to go with the family.

Everything's great. Diana is very kind, the house is beautiful, the rooftop is wonderful. Very close to the beach. Everything is very clean, home style to the fullest. Diana is very friendly, she left us candy, gifts, snacks.

A perect location for us close to the beach and walkable to everywhere we wanted. A great apartment with everything we needed. A comfortable home from home. Manuel was the best host ever. There was an issue with the WiFi and he was so proactive in sorting it out for us. We were then caught up in the national blackout and Manuel communicated well and helped us massively. A real gentleman. We definitely plan to return.

We had an excellent experience at Mario's home. The house has down to the last detail and is literally on the beach. It's beautiful to get up and listen to the waves. We went with my parents and my 8 month old baby and Mario brought everything I needed to make my baby perfect, brought a high chair and crib. We didn't miss a thing! Mario is pending in case you have any questions or problems. You can ensure a great stay in this place. We'll be back in the future.

Spotless, great location, early check in, a cot set up for my baby (with a baby toy bought for him) comfortable beds, great air con, a 5 star stay. I will stay again - perfect !

Sandra was a very good host. The apartment did not lack a single detail (everything was highly valued) and everything was just as described in the photos. She was flexible with our arrival and departure, and communication was perfect at all times. The apartment is just what we were looking for: a quiet place, one minute from the sea and with a good selection of bars and restaurants in the area. We had a great time, a highly recommended place.

We had a great time with 4 adults and a 2 year old child. Apartment is bigger than it looks in the pictures. Great terrace where you could usually enjoy the sea view protected from the wind. We will be happy to come back.

Undoubtedly, if we come to Roquetas again, we will stay in Jesus' apartment: friendly and close treatment, and good advice in all aspects (restaurants, places of interest...). One of the things that surprised us was that the apartment is larger than the photos show, making the stay very cozy. In addition, it has to be added that the community pool is great... It should also be noted the ease of parking, as well as the good location that it has... We spent a few days very comfortable!!!

The place is as in the photo, clean, and Gaiva is super helpful. It is located in the gypsy neighbourhood which for us flamenco fans was a plus. It was quiet at night, there is airconditioning. The only point of improvement would be adding some safety to the stairs.

The stay was formidable. An apartment with everything you need to spend a few days. 1.5 km from the beach, quiet area, sea views (as the photos appear)...a magnificent terrace for breakfast, reading, chatting...or for my pet to lie down. Comfortable, beautiful, quiet and clean apartment. I would definitely go back.

Beautiful apartment in a lively environment. Many restaurants and the shopping center are within walking distance. The beach is a 10-minute walk away. Óscar provided very detailed check-in instructions and was always quick to reach. The parking space in the parking garage is a bit cramped, but with a few maneuvers also doable with a larger car. The area is very busy and chairs are moved down in the gastronomy until late at night. However, the location is also the big advantage of the apartment.

We had a really nice stay at Cristobal’s apartment. The lady that welcomed us and her husband were really nice and welcoming people. Even if our Spanish was not the best, we could perfectly understand what they communicated. Overall everything was great but unfortunately we had the misfortune to visit Aguadulce when it was very windy outside and the exterior blinds made a very loud and annoying noise but with ear plugs it was better.

Very nice apartment that fully matches the photos. The views are amazing and the apartment is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The access road to the development is peculiar but once at home it is well worth it.

The whole house is definitely amazing The location, the pool, etc. etc. of those places that you feel you got right when booking, so I recommend it 100%

From the very beginning, Encarni has been very friendly, attentive and excellent communication. The apartment is very cozy, everything in crisp condition and very clean, in a quiet area. 100% recommended!!

since the beginning communication with Inga and Juanjo was great. they recommended places to go and eat. the place was very clean and tidy. 8 minutes wall to the beach. Great restaurants such as El Carmen. super lovely fish. we have stayed like home. thanks guys for everything

The accommodation is great, even wider than what you see in the photos, very comfortable and with everything you need for the stay. Cristina's mother welcomed us and she was lovely and very close, as well as flexible with arrival and departure time. We've been in glory ❤

Carmen is an off-the-beaten-path host. Always available and attentive to everything you need. Check-in and check-out were all easy and flexible. The apartment was very well cared for and was scrupulously clean. The development is large and with many amenities.

So peaceful!!!! We loved it!!! Beach and swimming pool, the best!

Nick's place is great for families. Located in a quite part of town with plenty of street parking. The house is well designed with a large living space and adequate bedrooms. Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 young kids) were right at home. The kitchen is fully equipped. Grocery stores are within a 7-10 minute drive. Nick is an excellent host.
