Separate kitchen equipped with all appliances and a bathroom with a shower. It has a washing machine and a large balcony overlooking the ocean for enjoyment. The sofa can be used for sleeping by removing its seats. It is equipped with air conditioning and duct heating. It also has ceiling fans.

The open living area features a comfortable sofa, a light wooden table set with four chairs, and a large QLED television. Soft natural light enters through the floor-to-ceiling window, which offers a glimpse of the outdoor terrace and contributes to a welcoming atmosphere.
