Set within an 8 acre private cinnamon plantation and designed by one of Sri Lanka's leading architects Samadara is a true gem. The fully staffed estate is ideally placed for some of the best beaches in Sri Lanka with many exciting restaurants and bars on your doorstep. Galle is easily accessible by road or a delightful local train ride. Despite its convenient location the villa is extremely secluded with uninterrupted views over paddy fields and coconut groves making it the ideal exotic retreat.

STAY at Ahangama

STAY at Ahangama is a 1950s built villa renovated to its current standard in 2016. The villa is very spacious and lets in plenty of light, especially in the main livingroom area. The villa features a middle courtyard with a fish pond and a pool with a deck to cool off the usually hot temperature in Galle. You can reach Ahangama beach within five minutes (walking), and Mirissa beach or Unawatuna beach in 20 minutes by vehicle. The Galle Fort is within a 25 minute drive from our property.
