New 2BD house in Coconut Plantation with 17m Pool

Cocoya is a working coconut and cinnamon plantation. Our house Sama means "Peace" in Sinhalese. It is designed to be a simple, open and spacious plantation home that connects with nature. It features an open living space, a kitchen and direct access to a 17m pool. Upstairs we have a master suite and junior bedroom that share a balcony with plantation views. Both have ensuite open-air showers. Guests enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and exclusive pool access. We do not have air-conditioning.

Pepper offers serenity whilst only being just a few minutes away from the beaches and 4km to UNESCO Galle Fort. The villa is a blend of imported luxury and local charm. The villa comes fully staffed, including a cook. Our wonderful staff will go the extra mile to ensure you love your time in at Pepper.

The Gatehouse Galle

The Gatehouse at is an exclusive, private self catering getaway for a couple or a solo traveller. It is located at the entrance to the estate and features a private 8-metre pool. It is an ideal home base to explore the area. Everything you need is provided in stylish, designer luxury. The washing machine and dryer make travelling easy and hiring a scooter from Epic Rides or using either Pick me app or our trusted tuk drivers allows easy beach and local historic site access.

Bayagima

A stunning colonial mansion just 100 metres from Ahangama's Secret Beach and super close to many other stunning sandy bays. How about floating in the oversized pool, maybe enjoy a cold drink and laze in the pagoda under a soft breezy fan. With lots of different and beautiful spaces to enjoy, you’ll fall in love with this grand old mansion by the sea. Our wonderful team of 4 which includes a chef will ensure you are well taken care of. A cooked breakfast is included

A uniquely designed and styled jungle bungalow with a mezzanine bedroom, one bathroom and kitchen. It is inspired by the tiny house concept. Outside space includes private plunge pool & BBQ. Soak up the tranquility of nature whilst being just a 5 min walk to the Indian Ocean and some of Sri Lanka’s famed beaches and surf spots, including Kabalana beach. Our philosophy is simple: To provide a private and restful space while sharing our love of design and nature.

Welcome to Pavilion House, our piece of paradise on the edge of the jungle near Ahangama. This is the perfect place to relax and unwind, surrounded by nature, whilst being conveniently located close to the beaches, surf and buzzing atmosphere of Ahangama.
