You will be welcomed in a new apartment of 46 m2 on 2 levels adjoining our Basque villa, in a rural setting, with panoramic views of the Pyrenees and 5 km from the beaches. Independent access, private parking. Living room on the ground floor with direct access to the terrace. We go down a spiral staircase to the sleeping area in the basement. 160 cm bed, separate bathroom and toilet. No window to the outside but a 1.40 m skylight by the stairs. Mechanical ventilation & air conditioning. No pets.
