(It is near the road but if you can handle some occasional road traffic, you will love our place!) Enjoy hearing the birds, watch squirrels play in the trees, drink your coffee outside as the morning sunlight shines through. Our cottage is a quiet get-away. Sit on the front porch and enjoy the birds and a cup of coffee. Small kitchen provides everything you may need for your stay, including a local yummy treat. A desk in the bedroom gives you a place to work while others in your group utilize the spaces in the living room or dining room. You can leisurely stroll by the Ruritan Park to Studio 32 Gallery and Gift shop on weekends. In 10 minutes drive to Merchants Millpond State Park. Historic Edenton only30 minutes.

A small 1 1/2 story cabin located in the Edenton historic district less than a 2 block walk to Shopping and Restaurants on Broad Street. It is located in the back yard of our home among gardens and a quiet neighborhood. Its only a 4+ block walk to the Barker House, Cupola House, Waterfront Park, and other points of interest. This very charming Cabin has just been restored in Fall 2019 with all new floors, walls, HVAC, Bathroom, TVs up and Down, furniture, etc. Some limited cooking features.

It is an early 1900's house that's been lovingly restored and nicely appointed to perfectly accommodate individuals, couples, a group of friends or a family. Choosing to stay with us will allow you to experience how small town Eastern NC people live. Halifax has a pop. of 234. We think you will be charmed!!

This stylish luxury space, located in the heart of historic downtown Edenton is ready for your stay. A brand new historic restoration full of light with four large windows overlooking King Street. Located at the site of the business of Joseph Hewes, signer of the Declaration of Independence, just steps from the waterfront, shops, restaurants, Pennelope Barker House, Cupula House, Roanoke River Lighthouse and just about everything else.
