The cottage is located by the sea with a fantastic sandy beach. The accommodation is in very good condition and is located within a private residential plot. The cottage has a kitchen with oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and sink. Various kitchen utensils and coffee makers. Next to it is the living room with TV, as well as sofa bed (2 seats). Bedroom with double bed and wardrobes. Sleeping loft with double bed. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Nearby is the famous Åhusbryggan, Restaurant and hotel with spa "Åhus Seaside"

Our Attefalshus is located in a family friendly villa area close to the forest and at bicycle distance to the chalky white sand beaches that Åhus is known for. There are good transport links to grocery stores, the city center and Kristianstad. You can by bike or a nice walk get to Åhus harbor. The house offers all amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen and housewares, A/C, floor heating, washing machine, Wifi, etc. If you miss something in the house, you can always knock on our door that is your closest neighbor.

Seaside house on Äspet

Welcome to our dear Attefall cottage! This cottage is located on Äspet in Åhus, with 200 meters to the sea and the crown forest. It is about 1.5 km to the city center where the harbor and all restaurants are located! Guests have access to their own deck as well as a parking space next to the cottage. Two bikes are available to borrow. Bed linen & towels are in place, if you want to rent, SEK 300. In that case, this must be notified before arrival. Cleaning takes place as agreed by the tenant the day you go home.

Small apartment in an old half-timbered house just outside the wall of medieval Åhus. The apartment forms a separate part of the residential building with its own entrance, two rooms and its own shower room. In one room, there is a small kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, kettle, egg cooker and toaster. Car can be parked on the lawn outside the entrance. There is also garden furniture.

Our cottage is 40 sqm. and is close to the city center, art and culture, restaurants and food. You can easily walk to the sea which is only 500 meters away with its nice sandy beach. You'll like our place because of the location and the view. The property can accommodate couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and four-legged friends (pets).
