Charming brick villa in Yngsjö village

Charming older brick house in Yngsjö village but still in the middle of nature with forest up to the back of the plot. Private garden for socializing or resting. Few minutes walk to Helgeå or a smaller walk through the village and pine forests down to the beautiful white sandy beach that stretches out as far as the eye can see. Two dog beaches close by. Bicycle path to Åhus where you can shop, see culture, harbor and eat well. Close to the national park Stenshuvud and the waterfall in Forsakar for more nature. Here is everything you need.

Charming half-timbered house, next to Ravlunda church. Ravlunda is a village located between Brösarp's hills and Kivik. The village is surrounded by beautiful nature and is a few minutes from Haväng and the beach. The house has three small bedrooms and a kitchen with 6-8 seats. Small living room. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed, the third and smallest bedroom is furnished with a day bed/sofa bed. Small toilet with shower, Private patio. Cottage in idyllic Nyehusen with proximity to both beach, sea and nice nature. It has a total of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, loft with home cinema system, balcony with some sea view, open plan with fully-equipped kitchen, large through wooden deck with associated gas grill and heater. The house is uniquely located at the mouth of Helge river with 200 meters to the sandy beach. 500 meters from the house you will find a café, bakery, camping and country store. Åhus is 10 km away with a nice selection of restaurants and amusements.

Wonderful location and house with cozy garden

Relax with the whole family, friends or alone in this peaceful year-round accommodation. 1910s house of 130 sqm with kitchen, two toilets, several bedrooms, living room and dining room. Cozy gazebo as well as two patios overlooking trees, fields, and cow garden. Lush garden with roses, raspberries and spices. Parking for 2-4 cars. There is a farm shop 100 m away from the house. Unwind in this unique and tranquil space. An oasis with stunning views over the sea and Stenshuvud. Here you can hike in surrounding nature reserves or bike 10 minutes to the kilometer-long beach. You live in the old stone meadows with plenty of space (200 m2), access to large living areas with your own cinema (projector and bio), wood-fired sauna and cozy bedrooms. The farm has two thousand apple trees and its own muster (Maglehem musteri) where we make must, apple wine and calvados.

The cottage is located in Österlen, just 10 minutes from Tomelilla, 20 minutes to Ystad, and 30 minutes to Kivik – ideal for exploring Österlen. Welcome to our little (about 80 square meters) holiday home - an old f d small farm between Österlen in the south and the forest buildings in Norra Skåne. A house with old-world charm, hearty plot, nice walks nearby and with lots of excursions a short drive away. The house is in the countryside by a gravel road, neighbors are there but you can advise yourselves here in a simple but properly equipped cottage for a comfortable holiday.
