Is the last cottage on the way out on a headland in Vittsjö's lake area, so here you have the peace and quiet, but are still just a walk from shops and trains. The forest is close by and there are wonderful hiking areas. Good fishing just meters from the front door. Here you wake up overlooking a beautiful lake! Welcome to nice Rosenhill! Here you will find a charming angular bedding located in the Scanian countryside with hilly pastures and beautiful views. A home-cooked greenhouse has this year found home to the farm. The house is surrounded by a lovely old-fashioned garden plot with beautiful birch, lilac and hydrangea springs as well as apple trees and very other small and good. Next to the buildings, there is meadow land and to the east you will find a smaller pond with varying amounts of water depending on the seasons.

From spring 2025 we have 4 new nice bikes in the cabin that can be used by the guests. Good fishing opportunities are nearby in, among other places. Helge Å. The Ravlunda shooting range military facility is some distance away but it is closed throughout the summer and there is no business going on. In other periods there may be sounds and bangs from shooting exercises.

Fish in the lake (pike, perch, zander, etc). Hike in the beatiful nature or take a trip with the boat at the lake. A perfect place for relaxing and just beeing. Hässleholm 16 km far away. The house is 75sqm with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, glassed-in, insulated porch with separate study corner, located on a 1500sqm detached forest plot, with a private access road. Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.
