The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad, where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Welcome to our dear cottage! This cottage is located on Äspet in Åhus, 200 meters to the sea and the Kronoskogen forest. It is about 1.5 km to the city center where the harbor and all the restaurants are located! Guests have access to their own balcony and a parking space next to the cottage. Two bicycles are available to borrow. Bed linens & towels are available on site, if you want to rent, SEK 300. In this case, this must be notified before arrival. Cleaning is done as agreed by the tenant the day you go home.
