Panoramic view of the Baltic Sea, 15 meters to the beach with jetty and beach cafe. Fall asleep and wake up to the soda of waves. Two beds where you are on the front row and look out over the sea. Kitchenette with two stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, fridge and freezer. Small dining area, two armchairs, TV, Wi-Fi. Bathroom with shower and wc. Large terrace, barbecue. The house is in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Bus stop and train station with good public transport.

Entire cottage in beautiful pine forest near the sea

Our guest house of 26 sqm is recommended for 2 people. The cottage is nestled in a beautiful pine forest; here you can get away from everyday life and let go of stress. Around the cottage, nature is all around and offers many opportunities for recreation, but above all there is the proximity to the sea which you can reach with a 7-minute walk. The cottage has an open plan with a small kitchen, and there is a toilet, shower with underfloor heating. We live next door, so we're usually there if you need help with anything. The cabin is winterized

Stay in a lush and attentive garden with proximity to the sea and everything Åhus has to offer. An own small patio and access to greenhouse seating with own entrance from the guest house. Located in a large villa garden. Sleeping loft with a smaller double bed, sofa bed for two. Fully equipped kitchen, (stove,oven microwave, coffee maker, kettle, fridge and crockery). Cottage in Juleboda/ Österlen next to Maglehem & sea

Within walking distance is the expansive beautiful beach stretching from Stenshuvud to Åhus. The cottage is a short drive from both Kivik and Åhus. From spring 2025 we have 4 new nice bikes in the cabin that can be used by the guests. Good fishing opportunities are nearby in, among other places. Helge Å. The Ravlunda shooting range military facility is some distance away but it is closed throughout the summer and there is no business going on. In other periods there may be sounds and bangs from shooting exercises.

Lake House in South Sweden with Beach & Gym

Our house is in the countryside by lake Ringsjön in south Sweden. The place is ideal for couples or young families who enjoy the outdoors. You will instantly enjoy the comfortable living overlooking the beautiful lake Ringsjön. Our guesthouse is perfect as a holiday basecamp or perhaps as an overnight stay on your travels. We speak Swedish, English, Dutch as well as German fluently and are experienced travellers ourselves. Please beware that the house is a 1-room studio apartment. Welcome!

Here, fantastic walking and biking paths await just outside the door. Cozy cottage with a sheltered garden in lovely Nybrostrand outside Ystad. The cottage is 69 sqm and with 2 bedrooms and a larger living room with fireplace. Large and spacious kitchen and laundry room with washing machine. A 5 minute walk will take you to the beach where you will enjoy a fantastic view of the hills of Hammars and Ystad. In the area, there is also access to shop, pizzeria, outdoor swimming, Ystad golf club, etc. 150 meters to bus stop towards Ystad or Simrishamn.

Small apartment in old half-timbered farm just outside the wall to medieval Åhus. The apartment forms your own part of the dwelling with your own entrance, two rooms and your own shower room. In one room there is a small kitchenette with fridge, microwave, egg boiler and toaster. Car can be parked on the lawn outside the entrance. There are also garden furniture as well.
