Two beds where you are located on the front row and look out over the sea. Kitchenette with two hot plates, microwave, coffee maker, fridge and freezer. Small dining area, two armchairs, TV, Wi-Fi. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Large terrace, gas grill. The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Bus stop and train station with good public transport.

Sjöstugan - our pearl right by the lake! Private house with sleeping loft, kitchen, beautiful large room with fireplace and view of the lake. Wood-fired sauna with a dip in the lake right next door. Hot tub on the jetty - always warm. Swimming dock 5 meters outside the door. Access to a boat. If you want to buy a fishing license, contact the host. Wood for the fireplace and sauna is included. The yard is fenced all the way to the lake and our Beagle dog Vide is often loose outside. He's nice. Use of bed linens and towels, as well as cleaning, is included.

Welcome to this nice log house with a natural plot located nicely between Oresjön and Gängesjön, close to swimming, fishing and forest walks. The house is secluded with few neighbors, and you can get there via a beautiful forest road along the lake. Only 200 meters to the nearest lake. The location of the cottage is a paradise for the fishing enthusiast as there is the possibility of fishing. The house itself has a lot of charm with open, pleasant social areas and a fireplace. There are restaurants, cafés and plenty of activities all year round. Close to school, grocery store, leisure activities and bus stop outside the door. The house is in the middle of the harbor with a view all the way to Hanö. A stone's throw from beaches. Two patios on the front with morning sun and large backyard with afternoon and evening sun.

Here, fantastic walking and cycling trails await right at your doorstep. If you go south, you will experience the genuine Brantevik that turns into the beautiful "Grönet" that offers both lovely swimming by cliffs or calm, peaceful walks along the sea. If you go north, a lovely walking and cycling path awaits you to the picturesque Simrishamn.

A cosy holiday for two. Lovely 50s cottage with nice vintage furniture inspired by the same decade. Is the last cottage on the way out on a cape in Vittsjö's lake area so you have the peace and quiet, but are still only a walk from shops and trains. The forest close by and lovely hiking areas. Here you wake up overlooking beautiful lake! Enjoy the starry sky and the hooping of the owls in the evening. Take a relaxing ride in the rowing boat on the lake.
