The cottage is located by the sea with a fantastic sandy beach. The accommodation is in very good condition and is located within a private residential plot. The cottage has a kitchen with oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and sink. Various kitchen utensils and coffee makers. Next to it is the living room with TV, as well as sofa bed (2 seats). Bedroom with double bed and wardrobes. Sleeping loft with double bed. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Nearby is the famous Åhusbryggan, Restaurant and hotel with spa "Åhus Seaside"

Short walking distance to Täppet's wonderful sandy beach. Åhusbryggan and the event area (beach handball, beach soccer, etc.) one kilometer away. In addition, adjacent lovely hiking areas. Electric car charging is not allowed in wall outlets, but contact the host for the possibility of charging via charging box (for a fee) on another part of the property.

Welcome to this quiet 1920s home, a 5-minute walk from the beach. The ground floor has a ceiling height of 3 meters. There is an equipped kitchen, dining area and spacious sofa set with room to socialize. The house is partially newly renovated and all rooms repainted. There are three bedrooms with seven beds and two sofa beds. Bed linen and bath towel included. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Laundry room is in the basement. Free parking is included, with room for four cars. In the garden, there is a conservatory with a dining area.

Seaside attic house on Äspet

Welcome to our dear cottage! This cottage is located on Äspet in Åhus, 200 meters to the sea and the Kronoskogen forest. It is about 1.5 km to the city center where the harbor and all the restaurants are located! Guests have access to their own balcony and a parking space next to the cottage. Two bicycles are available to borrow. Bed linens & towels are available on site, if you want to rent, SEK 300. In this case, this must be notified before arrival. Cleaning is done as agreed by the tenant the day you go home.

Nice Attefallshus in a quiet neighbourhood.

Our Attefalshus is located in a family friendly villa area close to the forest and at bicycle distance to the chalky white sand beaches that Åhus is known for. There are good transport links to grocery stores, the city center and Kristianstad. You can by bike or a nice walk get to Åhus harbor. The house offers all amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen and housewares, A/C, floor heating, washing machine, Wifi, etc. If you miss something in the house, you can always knock on our door that is your closest neighbor.

Kick back and relax in this calm and stylish space. Enjoy the nature outside. Go out on the lake on a stand-up paddle board or in a kayak. The house is located in the middle of a forest plot. Work out in the small but luxurious gym then relax in the bathtub or in the sauna. Get power. Kotten is a unique architect-designed residence for those who want to get away from stress and big city. There are no musts here, just peace. The house is not suitable for small children. Children must be at least 9 years of age.

Välkommen till vårt annex på cirka 50 m² – ett nyrenoverat, charmigt och privat boende med egen uteplats. Annexet ligger intill vår familjs hus men är helt avskilt med egen ingång. Läget är bra – här har du närhet till det mesta: Ca 15 minuters promenad till stranden. 10 minuter till hamnen med flera restauranger. 5 minuter till större livsmedelsbutiker ( ICA Kvantum eller Willys) För barnfamiljer (eller lekfulla vuxna!) erbjuder vi även tillgång till fotbollsmål, och basketkorg. The big house with kitchen/living room, 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed, tiled bathroom with washing machine. Glazed patio connects the large cabin with the guest house that contains 1 bunk bed and 1 1.4 m wide bed and fully tiled toilet with shower. 75 m footpath without car traffic to the beach. Charging pole for electric car is available and 4 simple bikes to borrow. A gas barbecue is available. Guests have their own bed linen and towels and clean upon departure.
