The apartment is in an older barn building and there are two bedrooms on the upper floor, each with two 90 cm wide beds. The downstairs contains a bathroom with a washer and dryer as well as a combined living room and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with fridge and freezer, microwave and oven and stove. In the living room, there is a sofa bed for two more beds. From the kitchen, there is an exit directly to the patio with barbecue facilities and outdoor furniture.

Newly built (2020), bright and fresh apartment (54 m2) on the farm Fagraslätt, 10 km from Kristianstad. The farm is located three kilometers from a lake and 20 km from the sea and Åhus' beautiful beaches. Quiet and rural environment, with rolling fields outside the door. Small country roads invite you to bike trips around the lakes in the area. In Kristianstad, there is a rich variety of restaurants and shopping. Grocery store is 6 km away. Two people live comfortably and four live well. Two more can sleep on the sofa bed.

Right between Hörvik and the Spraglehall nature reserve is the small charming fishing village of Krokås. In Krokås, there is a small fishing port and a popular beach. There are restaurants, cafés and plenty of activities all year round. Close to school, grocery store, leisure activities and bus stop outside the door. The house is in the middle of the harbor with a view all the way to Hanö. A stone's throw from beaches. Two patios on the front with morning sun and large backyard with afternoon and evening sun.

Cottage in Juleboda/Österlen next to Maglehem & the sea

Within walking distance is the vast beautiful beach that stretches from Stenshuvud to Åhus. The cottage is a short drive from both Kivik and Åhus. From spring 2025, we have 4 new nice bicycles in the cottage that can be used by guests. Good fishing opportunities are nearby in Helge Å, among other places. The military facility Ravlunda shooting range is a bit away but it is closed throughout the summer and there is no activity. In other periods, sounds and bangs from shooting exercises can be heard.

Platsen är i en liten stugby nära kvesarumssjön. Runtom stugorna omringas man av skogen och med en 10minuters promenad genom skogen kan man komma ner till en sjö med grill och badplats. OBS. spabadet är taget ur drift. detta är inte ett boende för att ha fest eller spela musik utomhus då det är i en stugby.
