Family home in an exceptional setting, ideally located with DIRECT ACCESS TO THE LAKE: 6 steps down and you have your feet in the water. Authentic 18th century Savoyard building. We have completely renovated the back of the house to accommodate you comfortably. The front part of the house is not yet accessible, which does not prevent you from enjoying the entire park that borders the lake (1800 m²). The beach is 50 m from the house.

Family house built in 1925 (great-grandfather) and renovated in 2019. It is located in a dead end, by the lake (private pontoon), near the port of Sevrier, the sailing club, the tennis club. The cycle path passes right behind the house. Municipal beach 5min walk, riding club 5-10min by bike. Swing in the garden. For those who come by electric vehicle, you have a Green-Up plug. Don't forget to bring your cable!

Little Hangleton (Themed Accommodation)

We offer an atypical apartment with themed rooms and breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding mountains, from the large Velux windows. Located at the end of the lake in a nature reserve, you can enjoy a public beach at the foot of the house, to swim in a beautiful setting. Large wooden tables are available for picnicking by the water. A few meters away is the bike path and a bike rental is available.
