"Les Charmettes" T3 house (67 m2) on the ground floor, air-conditioned, 1 terrace, located at the bottom of our closed and secure property comprising our house, a large swimming pool and a pleasant garden. Electric roller shutters. Several parking spaces. Very quiet location, country setting, start of hiking trails. Beautiful panorama and sunshine. Close to Aix-Les-Bains, Bourget beach and lake 4 km away, ski resorts and Bauges Regional Park 30 minutes away. From Saturday to Saturday in summer.

Saint-Jorioz, near Annecy, superb villa in calm very equipped, swimming pool, 8 people. Very nice house of 130 m2, ideally placed with swimming pool. Superb wooded and very sunny ground of 1300 m2, clear view on the mountain. 2 km from the center of Saint-Jorioz, 800 m from the lake, 400 m from the bike path and 10 km from the center of Annecy. Maximum sunshine all day. You will appreciate the calm, the view, the swimming pool (with swimming against the current) and the stamp of the house.

24°C guaranteed 😊 during the heatwave! Unusual and quiet apartment (42m² in the basement of our house). Kitchen open to a 700m² garden overlooking the Bauges massif. Spacious master bedroom. Small living room convertible into a bedroom with a double sofa bed leading to a bathroom, small but functional (shower+wc). Located 30 min maximum from the lakes in summer ( Bourget, Aiguebelette, St André, La Thuile, etc.), and the first ski slopes in winter (La Feclaz, Margeriaz).

Beware of the many ponds, swimming pool, sloping terrain, steep stairs, which put a lot of obstacles in the way of small children or people with reduced mobility.

Come and stay in this magnificent renovated barn, which is over 300 years old. There is a microclimate of relaxation, calm and a very special holiday, with a heavenly view! A touch of Provence in the Chartreuse, in short! I live in this house and vacate it when I have a booking so that you can have it to yourselves. You therefore have access to the whole house except for my bedroom and my garage. However, I do leave my cats, Roxy and Gribouille, behind.

The house is equipped with all the necessary comforts and the decoration is neat and personalized in each of the bedrooms. Spaces are provided for children. Ideal location for a quiet stay in the fresh mountain air with the possibility of leaving the cottage on foot and directly accessing several hiking trails.
