"Les Charmettes" T3 house (67 m2) on the ground floor, air-conditioned, 1 terrace, located at the bottom of our closed and secure property comprising our house, a large swimming pool and a pleasant garden. Electric roller shutters. Several parking spaces. Very quiet location, country setting, start of hiking trails. Beautiful panorama and sunshine. Close to Aix-Les-Bains, Bourget beach and lake 4 km away, ski resorts and Bauges Regional Park 30 minutes away. From Saturday to Saturday in summer.

You can escape to the forest and reach the top of the Dent du Chat, a local natural landmark. Built more than 2 centuries ago, the building housed 3 families, before being bought and then fitted out by my great-grandfather Antoine. Renovated in 2020, the living area is 160 m2 on a plot of 1000 m2.
