Beautiful villa with stunning views and sauna

This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. A large villa suitable for families (we have 2 small children aged 5 and 7) as well as animals (we have a dog, the land is completely enclosed). There are many leisure facilities (heated swimming pool, spa, cabins, billiards, trampoline, brazier...), the villa is located in the countryside, the large plot (4000 m²) allows you to be really quiet. Finally, the breathtaking view allows you to unwind with complete peace of mind.

"Les Charmettes" T3 house (67 m2) on the ground floor, air-conditioned, 1 terrace, located at the bottom of our closed and secure property comprising our house, a large swimming pool and a pleasant garden. Electric roller shutters. Several parking spaces. Very quiet location, country setting, start of hiking trails. Beautiful panorama and sunshine. Close to Aix-Les-Bains, Bourget beach and lake 4 km away, ski resorts and Bauges Regional Park 30 minutes away. From Saturday to Saturday in summer.

Family home renovated in 2017. With friends or family, you can simply enjoy the landscape, outdoor life, a practical and elegant interior, 4 bedrooms. Beautiful terrace, barbecue, swimming pool, you hardly need to go out... but there are so many sports, cultural and gastronomic activities outside... Beware of the many ponds, swimming pool, sloping terrain, steep stairs, which put a lot of obstacles in the way of small children or people with reduced mobility.

A jacuzzi is positioned with a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains, including the snow-capped peaks of Mont Blanc. The clear blue water reflects the sunlight, while distant greenery outlines the scene, enhancing the overall tranquility.

La Grange, relaxation and dream view (jacuzzi)

Come and stay in this magnificent renovated barn, which is over 300 years old. There is a microclimate of relaxation, calm and a very special holiday, with a heavenly view! A touch of Provence in the Chartreuse, in short! I live in this house and vacate it when I have a booking so that you can have it to yourselves. You therefore have access to the whole house except for my bedroom and my garage. However, I do leave my cats, Roxy and Gribouille, behind.

The kitchen features wooden countertops with ample workspace and storage, complemented by black cabinetry. Two windows provide natural light and garden views. A small dining table with a wooden chair is positioned in the center, enhancing the room's functionality. Modern lighting fixtures are mounted on the walls.

Petit salon convertible en chambre avec canapé-lit 2 places menant à une salle de bains, petite mais fonctionnelle (douche+wc). Situé à 30 min maximum des lacs l'été ( Bourget, Aiguebelette, St André, La Thuile, etc), et des premières pistes de ski l'hiver (La Feclaz, Margeriaz).

The house is equipped with all the necessary comforts and the decoration is neat and personalized in each of the bedrooms. Spaces are provided for children.
