The house is a haven of peace, where the feeling is that we are in a clearing in the midst of a dense and rich biodiversity, surrounded by springs, waterfalls, beautiful walks and breathtaking viewpoints. From the house or the hot tub, you can contemplate the forest and the beings that inhabit it, such as toucans, monkeys, butterflies of all colors,… to the sound of the waterfall in the background. Modernist Chalet in the middle of the Forest

3000 m2 site surrounded by an Atlantic Forest in a protected area. The main house is a modernist chalet designed in 1962 by architect and artist Levy Menezes (1922-1991). The property is within the Itatiaia National Park. To access Guapuruvu Residency, you must identify yourself at the Park entrance as a residential visitor.
