Perfect stay, in an ideally located apartment, at the foot of the paseo, with stunning views, access to the beach in the blink of an eye, and the pleasant sound of the waves from morning to night! Parking inside the residence is a plus (although availability is "hit or miss"), the location of the apartment allows you to do everything on foot. Laurean and her partner were attentive, caring and responsive, in a clean apartment, comfortable and with all the necessities available. We'll definitely be back!

Think of the last time you could sleep and hear the waves of the sea? And see the raise of the sun from your balcony? Great location to disconnect and dedicate time closer to the beach. We cooked everyday (good kitchen appliances including an AirFrier). And there’s also a couple of small local restaurants if you prefer to eat out some days.

Cozy apartment, very good location and easy communication with the owner. Ideal to go with a pet, the dog beach is just next door.

We had a great time at Ellen’s place. She had thought of everything and made sure we wanted for nothing. Ellen was friendly, helpful, flexible and generous. Everything is as described. We will come back again! Thank you for everything x

Highly recommend! Elena was very friendly and helpful, at a difficult time in Valencia she helped with tips and help! The apartment is definitely worth the money and in summer there is a beach, there is a nice cafe downstairs. The apartment has everything you could need! Absolutely! We were in a car and drove freely to Valencia and Cullera. If you want a pleasant stay in a nice apartment, this is the place for you!

Both amparo and Paula (co-host) were super responsive and friendly. They are wonderful hosts and super content with the house. It is in a very quiet area and right on the beach, of course it is a stay that we would repeat in a time that can be enjoyed 100% of the location right on the beach and the pool of the house. It's exactly what you see in the photos as well as being a cozy home. An experience of 10 ☺️

I had a fantastic stay here. The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was very friendly and responsive, which made the check-in and check-out process seamless. The location was perfect – close to beach. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the area!

Even though it rained most of the time, it should not take anything away from the house, which was incredibly delicious, and with an absolutely stunning view. Wilfried was an absolutely perfect host.

Ambrosio's apartment is very nice. A few hundred meters from Patacona beach. 25-30 minutes by bike (or bus) to the center of Valencia. Flat has a balcony where you can eat and drink with 4 at the table. The balcony on the 2nd floor is on a large square where children play and a nice football field next to it. Only a side note about the pool at the apartment; they want peace and quiet - no running, jumping, no balls, chairs and attributes allowed, so unsuitable for our children. Fortunately, the sea is close by. Antonio responds quickly and is very helpful. A nice base near the sea and beach to explore Valencia!

Amazing modern house located at the top of the cape of Cullera. The house has beautiful water views from all the bedrooms and living areas, as well as access to a pool that overlooks the ocean below. Many thanks to our hosts for their assitance and support during our stay!

We loved our stay in Alejandro’s place in Sagunto. The house is well equipped and the outdoor area is amazing. We spent most of our time there or on the beach (which is a few steps away). The beds were very comfy. Amazing views from all over the house and such a great space to spend time in. We all had a blast in the pool and cooking meals in the evenings. Highly recommend!

The three of us booked Rosa's place in mid-September and were happy. From the balcony you could see the sea, in the morning with a beautiful sunrise. Salud welcomed us warmly, and always provided advice with questions. The place was clean, you felt right at home. Downstairs there was a pool that could be used and the sea was right outside the front door. Fridge, oven, microwave. There was everything your heart desired. The only problem was the connection to the nearest train station. Buses only ran until 6/7 PM. Taxi companies either did not answer calls or hung up on us. Next time, we'll definitely rent a car. Salud was so friendly and took us to the train station on the day of departure and also showed us the area. Big thanks to Salud!!🥲 P.S. At Taver Taxi Company, Umberto speaks German and English. We have very much enjoyed our stay in the apartment, it is ideal for families with children and is very close to the beach (3 min walk). Rafael was flexible with our check out time so we could organize well with the little ones. We would definitely come back.

Ideal place for families with children everything is within walking distance. The villa is large with several terraces. Very quiet place. Well equipped villa and with beach chair umbrella. Juan is very responsive and checked in to see if our stay was going well and sent us a message when we returned home. I would recommend this villa. We will be back. Thank you Juan

Second year in Claudio's apartment and delighted!!! We found everything the same or better, very good area, unbeatable pool, beach nearby and clean apartment with everything you need and with Mady as always super helpful and charming, we'll keep seeing each other!!

Everything was wonderful. Paula was very helpful and accommodating. Location 1-2 minutes' walk from the beach. Apartment as advertised, everything tip top. Garage with table tennis was a good change and a lot of fun 👍🏼

We had a great time in this apartment, very comfortable, with great views and a magnificent area. Rita is always attentive and kind. The garage square is great and the kitchen has just about everything. We will be back if we have a chance.

The house is beautiful and has direct access to the beach which was very rewarding. It is a very relaxed and quiet place. It's hard to get to if you're not driving. The neighborhood does not have many things but, 10min by car there is a very nice center with places to eat and things to do. I recommend it 100% if you are looking for a few days to relax and disconnect from the city.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Carina's home in Valencia, especially for its location close to the beach. The home had everything we needed, and having a washer/dryer was a major plus as we had been traveling throughout Europe for 2 weeks prior to our stay. Carina is a wonderful host and was very communicative throughout our stay. We had no issues with noise in the area at night and there were multiple convenience stores nearby. We realized that the neighborhood does not have the best reputation, but I will note that we felt very safe in Carina's home and when walking through the neighborhood. The locals who greeted us were very friendly, and we exercised only general caution that we would use anywhere else. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would most certainly stay here again when we return to Valencia! Thanks again to Carina for being a fabulous host!
