Everything perfect, excellent cost and benefit. Mr. Alfredo very helpful and with excellent communication! The apartment and has the necessary basics, everything works and the location is excellent! We have a great day!

Perfect stay, in an apartment ideally located, at the foot of the paseo, with breathtaking views, access to the beach in the blink of an eye, and the pleasant sound of the waves from morning to night! Parking inside the residence is a plus (although availability is "lucky luck"), the location of the apartment allowing you to do everything on foot. Laurean and his partner were attentive, caring and responsive, in a clean, comfortable apartment with all the necessities available. We'll be back for sure!

I am delighted with the balcony and the views. It was better than I had ever had. The apartment is cozy, clean, but the view from the balcony is better than I expected. I am also delighted with Ferran and his wife — they are lovely, nice, kind people. Thank you very much for the warm welcome, and help. Ferran and will meet you from the station and take you back if you need. He also suggests showing around. The internet in the devices is great, it was important for me to work and no problems. It was uncomfortable to sleep on the sofa, there are springs, but 2 spacious beds in the bedroom are very comfortable. The location of the apartment is excellent: there are 2 small shops nearby. There are large shops a bit further away. There are also many small shops with fruits, household and beach goods, with clothes. Chic promenade, restaurants, bars, ice cream. I'm happy with the place and would like to come back again.

It was a very pleasant stay. We enjoyed our coffee in the morning sun in the garden. A good starting point for various bike rides in the area.

A nice place to stay to enjoy the peace, quiet and sea. We spent here 5 days with our 2 cats during the fallas.

I had a fabulous time at Alberto’s! I was there for Las Fallas and he kindly let me know upon booking that there is a Fallas tent set up outside of his home on the street and that it would be very noisy throughout the night in case I wanted to rebook. I decided to stay and had a great time: I was very thankful for his warning! There was a bit of an odor in the bathroom which I attributed to older home & older sewage/pipes, having the window open greatly reduced it.

Jesús is a very helpful (even at short notice) landlord. He greeted us personally and explained everything to us. He also gave us tips for dinner. Thank you so much for the last minute help!

Very happy with the deal and with the house, everything was great and just what we were looking for. If we return to the area, we will not hesitate to choose said house again.

Even though it rained most of the time, it should not take anything away from the house, which was incredibly delicious, and with an absolutely stunning view. Wilfried was an absolutely perfect host.

The house is cozy and well-equipped, with a beautiful outdoor area that is a pleasure to spend time in. It has a great location for a peaceful getaway and everything needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was prompt and polite. An excellent option for a relaxing stay.

We have been to Valencia to experience the Fallas with. It was great despite the c**p weather. The center can be easily reached by public transport. With the Fallas you do have different travel times but the taxis are not expensive and good. If you love the beach (we haven't been in March), that's all within walking distance. There is a caretaker at the entrance and the complex makes a tidy impression. The apartment is located on the 5th floor and is easily accessible by an elevator. Apartments are always a bit noisy, but we have hardly been bothered by that. You also have a parking space in the underground garage, very convenient. All in all, despite the inclement weather, we enjoyed Valencia

Everything was great. The house is very beautiful and comfortable, close to the beach and there is a nice pool and barbecue zone

Angela is a great host. The apartment is very nice and large. It easily accommodated our family. Beach is very close as well (however for more sandy one it is worth to take 5 mins extra walk)

Second year in Claudio's apartment and enchanted!!! We find everything the same or better, very good area, unbeatable pool, nearby beach and clean apartment with everything you need and with Mady as always super helpful and a charm, we will continue to see you!!

Everything was wonderful. Paula was very helpful and accommodating. Location within 1-2 minutes walk from the beach. Apartment as indicated, everything tip top. Garage with table tennis was a good change and a lot of fun 👍🏼

Really the apartment is very nice, everything as it appears in the images and description of the publication. Juan and Bautista, they were super helpful at all times. You enter the apartment and smell super well, everything clean and spotless. It has everything you need and more! The layout, natural light and tranquility of the house make it an excellent place to rest. Add to this the super calm environment and with the sea in front of the house. Ideal for unwinding and recovering energies! Highly recommended! We hope to go back!!
