Monthly Rentals in Albany

Cheryl’s place was perfect for what I needed. Was in Indiana for a graduation and wasn’t at the place much but when I was it was very comfortable. Couldn’t beat the price, I would recommend it.

This is a very beautiful place inside and out!! Very spacious inside. Very clean. Outside the large deck overlooking a pond with wooded area behind it was very relaxing. The sound of birds chirping and the frogs croaking just set the vibe.

We loved the roost! The pictures do not do the property justice at all it is extremely well taken care of and beautiful inside. I would highly recommend the property to anyone in need of a place to stay in the area.

We have stayed at several of Cecile’s units before and have always found them convenient to ball State. The apartment was clean and well maintained. Although we had slight problems with the bathroom shower, Cecile and her husband were very responsive and helped to find a quick solution. We would stay here again.
