Holiday rentals in Albaredo per San Marco

My wife and I had a great time staying at Giovannis place. The place is massive and lots of natural light with a great view of lake como. There's a very cute lakeside restaurant/bar we went to everyday for coffee and drinks. We took a ferry from Como to get to the airbnb which took about 35 min. We couldnt for some reason buy the tickets for the ferrys around lake como online which was a little annoying. Ferry station in Urio is about a 15 min walk to Giovannis place, flat ground. We used Giovannis place to go to Bellagio, varrena and menaggio. Getting to Bellagio took about 90 min on a beautiful day seeing all the little towns along the lake. however coming back to Urio can taken longer at least 2 hours and some routes involve a transfer. We ultimately went from bellagio to varenna and then mennagio which Is on the same side of the lake as Urio. Then took a cab back to urio for 70 euros which took 45 min. You need to have patience for the ferry and waiting in line for tickets.

Siamo stati in vacanza con due cani e una bambina di un anno e mezzo, è stato un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante! La descrizione sul sito è fedelissima a quello che si trova. La baita è carinissima, si trova a 7 minuti circa in salita da Postalesio (strada piena di curve un po’ dissestata…); per noi ne valeva la pena in quanto una volta arrivati ci sono una vista mozzafiato e una pace assoluta. In primavera alla sera sotto ad un cielo stellato abbiamo fatto “deer watching”. L’host è veramente eccezionale : sempre disponibile per darci consigli, rispondere a domande,… check-in e check-out perfetti. If we could give 6 stars we would. The location is beautiful, full of wonderful nature. Ivana’s apartment felt right at home, had everything you would want in an airbnb and more. We very much enjoyed all the delicacies! Even with public transport its very reachable and Ivana is very friendly and helpful. We wouldn’t think twice about booking again.

Ich war 4 Tage alleine im Turm und konnte mich so richtig Zeit für mich nehmen Guido gab mir die notwendige Privatsphäre. Es war eine sehr bereichernde und tolle Erfahrung in so einem stilvoll eingerichtetem alten Gebäude. Wenn es kühl ist, braucht es nur den Holzofen anzumachen und es wird sehr schön warm. Guido ist ein liebenswerter Gastgeber, den ich nur empfehlen kann. Gracie

Romano and Federica was great hosts. It could not have been better. The appartment was very clean, small but very cozy. It was difficult for us to drive up and down from the mountain. Luckily we should only do it when we arrived and when we left. The best thing about the appartment was the view. Thank You for a great stay!

Siamo appena tornati da un periodo di 4 notti di relax in famiglia a Morbegno. L’appartamento di Martina è arredato con gusto e davvero pulito. L’host ci ha fornito un seggiolone e un lettino per il nostro bimbo di un anno. Abbiamo cucinato e lavato comodamente i piatti in lavastoviglie. La casa è collocata nel pieno centro di Morbegno ed è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi anche dai numerosi parcheggi collegati nei paraggi. Consigliato! ☺️

We had a truly wonderful stay in this beautiful, picturesque part of the Lombardy region in northern Italy. The accommodation is perfectly located and has everything you need for a relaxing and memorable holiday. The host was absolutely exceptional—extremely helpful and attentive, going above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. She kindly accommodated our extra requirements and was flexible with our check-in time, which we really appreciated. We were also welcomed with some thoughtful snacks on arrival—a lovely touch! One of the highlights was enjoying breakfast on the balcony with an unforgettable view—something we’ll always remember. We cannot recommend this place enough. If you’re planning a holiday in Italy, this is the perfect spot.

Mary è stata molto gentile, accogliente ed era sempre disponibile. L'appartamento è molto carino e ben fornito, si trova in una casa storica. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Consigliato soprattutto a chi piace fare trekking visto che in zona è pieno di sentieri. Grazie mille, Mary!

Ottimo alloggio e accogliente ospitalità! Fausta ed il marito sono persone molto disponibili e gentili. Tutto pulitissimo, ben attrezzato e in una posizione ottima per visitare sia il lago di Como che le montagne! Grazie!
