Gaze out across the canopy from the corner of this light and open-plan loft amid modern furnishings and natural charm. Free parking available under the Treehouse suitable for small/ medium car. Prahran speaks for itself....but this bright studio apartment offers all that you need...double bed, kitchenette with microwave, toaster and kettle, coffee machine, bar bench and double sofa, TV, reverse cycle air conditioner, separate bathroom, parking space below, a place to hang your bike, laneway access... The TreeHouse was originally built as an artist's studio. It is an architecturally designed light-filled space that is nestled at the rear of the block behind our family home. It sits high in the treetops to float above the neighbourhood. It has its own private access via an original bluestone laneway. Melbournians treasure their laneways and this one is without exception. Enjoy the serenity of being hidden away whilst still in the heart of Prahran. Access is via the rear lane with a car park with pin security access / remote. TreeHouse is totally private for your enjoyment...but we are not far away if needed. The treehouse is close to cafes and public transport. Venture out to the Royal Botanic Gardens, St Kilda beach, or to Chapel Street for both high-end and vintage shopping. Explore Prahran and discover its hip bars, restaurants, and nightlife. Train station is a two minute walk or if you are in a hurry, trams are a drop punt away! Once you arrive, no need to drive, as an array of hip cafes, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance. Stroll and discover the vibrant nightlife of Chapel and Greville streets. Cheerful, airy, budget studio apartment in top location, with free Netflix. Freshly renovated with wonderful views. Cosy size ( 24 m2 internal and 8m2 balcony) , but well appointed, and near trams and trains. On the second floor, with no lift ( sorry). A perfect getaway for exploring the cool bars and eateries of Prahran, South Yarra and St. Kilda, and a short stroll to Albert Park Lake. Great for singles, or couples who are okay with a double bed.
