Our accommodation contributed hugely to our enjoyment of our time in Melbourne. The overall experience across the facilities and the service were of an extremely high order. Expectations were well matched if not exceeded. The location was both beautiful and extremely convenient. Would highly recommend Barbara and her beautiful apartment.

The best things are it's central location and great view. it's just next to Melbourne CBD and a relatively new and modern apartment building. washer and dryer work really well. There are slight imperfections: assigned carpark is on the 9th floor, and like a lot of Airbnb, minor defects that are not fixed, utensils and cutlery are mixed and incomplete. But these didn't stop us from enjoying the place. Will highly recommend if you like a place comfortable for 5 people and you can walk to CBD easily.

An incredible spot right on the Yarra River. Exceptional views, great walking distance to many food and shopping outlets. Comfortable space and adequate amenities throughout the apartment. Thank you for allowing us to check-in earlier to align with our arrival in Melbourne.

Staying at Sandy’s Airbnb was a fantastic experience! She was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The place was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, convenient and close to everything. I truly appreciated the thoughtful touches and the relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great stay!

Mehria and Shahrooz's place was really clean, spacious and comfortable. Their unit has everything for cook. I enjoyed cooking like I was living in Melbourne reality. Tram station has 3 nearby, also you can go to Southern Cross station only 10 minutes on foot. So it was really convenient to go anywhere. They are really kind and friendly. We loved this house!!! Lauren has done a beautiful job of furnishing and decorating this old 70s house. From the front, the street appeal isn't great but that doesn't matter at all once you enter. It's VERY spacious, stylish, comfortable and homely. The beds were comfy, the kitchen well equipped, Lauren even provides multiple towels for each guest which is so lovely when having a longer stay! It's the small, thoughtful touches like this that can make a huge difference.. There are books and games for both kids and adults alike. Lauren is so helpful and friendly, and was always quick to respond. Despite being an older house, we can't fault our stay, we absolutely loved it and would happily return. Thank you so much Lauren!!

My family from NZ really enjoyed staying at the house. It was right on the beach and one block from where I live, so really convenient. Big house with lots of bedrooms. Air hockey and Xbox for kids. Danielle was very helpful and flexible with accommodating our group. Thanks

Thanks to lovely Rebecca for a wonderful stay. Our family of four spent three great weeks here and the location and house itself was unbeatable. So much thought was placed into each room; from cutlery and toys for the kids to ample towels as well as beach towels! Kitchen is extremely well equipped and there was even a brand new BBQ. We had one tiny concern that Rebecca immediately assisted us with and for that, we appreciated her prompt help. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great place to stay for a larger group of people, plenty of space and amenities! The off-street parking was also a bonus. The local area is peaceful, quiet and some great cafes nearby! The communication from our host was exceptional with no detail spared. The ease of requesting a later check-out was truly appreciated! We’ll be reaching out to the host for future visits to Melbourne.

Beautiful house it was so easy to find and felt just like home, beds felt amazing and comfortable. The house was super clean and was perfect for staying, would definitely stay longer. Especially the shopping centre being only a 5 min drives was perfect for shopping.

We decided to book Gaye’s place as we were nearing the end of our two-week road trip and needed a quiet spot to rest, relax, and prepare for our flight home. We arrived late at night, but Gaye and her husband Barry were there to warmly greet us and show us around. Throughout our road trip, we had been enjoying self check-ins, and at the end of our journey, we were blessed with the warmth of personal hospitality. It was such a beautiful and fitting end to our trip. Thank you!

The attention to detail is incredible, his place had everything you need and is in a super convenient location with public transport, shops and restaurants all in walkable distance. The place was clean and tidy, my boyfriend and I felt right at home. Might need to ask Kelvis to help design our future home 🤣

This place was very well equipped, nice and clean and spacious for us. All cleaning products, shampoo, conditioner and washing detergent was generously included. Bed linen was crisp and clean. Very central to all amenities and a 2 minute walk to the tram station.

We had a great stay. The location was fabulous, right in the city easy access to free zone trams and train stations. The apartment was great everything we needed for our family and 2 bathrooms was a bonus for a family of girls. Highly recommend and we will be back to stay again. Thank you Victoria.

Aman is a great landlord, he always quick reply to the message. It's really helpful for us to make next plan. Sorry for him about the midnight check-in. However, he's still let us get the key ASAP. Apricate him.

Simon is an excellent host. His communication is exemplary & he did everything he could to help us settle in including arrangements for early access to our carpark. Simon’s place is exactly as presented & he has provided everything possible to make you feel at home & have everything you need. The location is excellent with easy access to the free tram & other tram services right outside the apartment. There are also plenty of places to eat within easy walking distance. We highly recommend Simon’s place & Simon as a wonderful host.

This place is in a fantastic location. It's close to coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, and the free tram. The main bathroom doesn't include a toilet so only one toilet. But the main bath has lots of storage and Great shower pressure!!! The hosts were very responsive with all our questions! I would definitely recommend!

Was an excellent base to attend concert at Marvel Stadium, explore the city and easy access to the airport. Thank you!
