Super comfortable, new house on 3 floors. We built it how we like it! Large, well equipped kitchen with a rocket R58 to make the best coffee! Living/dining area and bedrooms with views. Balconies on 3 floors. Relax, enjoy food, wine and company. No bunk beds! 4 bedrooms sleep 8 with 3 bathrooms, offering space and privacy. 14 min drive to Lenzerheide for excellent hiking, biking and skiing. 5 min walk to train. Enjoy relaxation and seclusion in a beautiful and quiet apartment in Lantsch/Lenz: The space is all yours, including a spacious balcony with incredible views, fully equipped kitchen/bathroom, laundry facilities. Ideal for couples or families with up to 3 kids. A brand new bed guarantees the highest sleeping comfort and best relaxation. If you are more than 4 or 5 people, you can request to rent the apartment below mine as well (see picture of terrasse) which hosts another 2 people!

Our cozy and fully equipped 4.5-room apartment with 82 m² in the chalet apartment building is located in a central and sunny location above the Volg with a magnificent 180° mountain panorama. The apartment is ideal for 1 or 2 families up to a total of 6 people plus 2 babies/toddlers. The ski bus stops every 30 minutes in the immediate vicinity (250 m) and takes you comfortably to the valley station. Underground parking, outdoor parking, dishwasher and fireplace are included.

For example, you can walk to skiing, hiking, water sports, sunbathe on Lake Walen or cozily into the charming restaurant/bar by the lake. Everything is right at your doorstep.

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Sunny apartment with nice views. Children and compatible pets welcome. 4 bedrooms, a living room with balcony, kitchen and bathroom with bathtub/toilet. On our terrace there is an outdoor hot tub for 5 people available free of charge. The Jacuzzi is on the patio of the house, which is shared by you and us. To get there, you have to climb a few exterior stairs. Enjoy undisturbed relaxation with stunning views!

It is very well served by public transport (3-minute walk to the Valbella Dorf stop) or by car (free underground parking included). A perfect getaway for every season: for hiking, biking, skiing, working or vacationing in the mountains.
