Alpine skiing and mountain biking is also fantastic here. The house is located opposite the Rinerhorn, you can easily walk or drive to the ski lift .

Haus Schwarz befindet sich in der Waldsiedlung am Ortsrand von Savognin. Der örtliche Skibus hält ca. 100 m talwärts. Von Terrasse und Wohnzimmer genießt man den Blick auf die Berge. 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett befinden sich im EG. Vom Wohnzimmer mit Kamin gelangt man auch ins Kinderzimmer mit Doppelstockbett, ins Duschbad mit WC und in die Küche mit Essplatz. Von der Küche aus erreicht man über die Leiter das Heidizimmer mit Doppelbett. Von Eingang erreicht man das 2. Duschbad mit WC.

Relax in the small hamlet of Riom in our Tga Franzestg, just a few kilometres from Savognin. The perfect place for an unforgettable stay in the heart of the Swiss Parc Ela Nature Park. Historisches Bauernhaus

Das im Kern 500-jährige Bauernhaus von meinem Grossvater wurde mit Blick fürs Detail sanft renoviert. Das Haus befindet sich in der Kernzone von Latsch, welches zum Inventar schützenswerter Ortsbilder gehört. In Latsch wurde auch ein Teil der beiden Heidifilme gedreht. Latsch befindet sich auf einer Sonnenterrasse und hat auch im Winter viel Sonne und lädt zu Spaziergängen und Wanderungen ein.

Chalet Landwasser

Unser gemütliches kleines Chalet Landwasser verfügt über eine kompakte Küche mit einem Essplatz und eine helle Stube mit Sofa und Tisch für entspannte Momente. Ein Zimmer ist mit einem 180x200 Doppelbett, das andere mit einem Hochbett ausgestattet. Das dritte Zimmer mit einem Bett befindet sich im Obergeschoss und ist über eine steile Treppe erreichbar.
